Study On The Intervention Of Group Social Work In The Improvement Of Self-efficacy Of Veterans With Priority Care

In recent years,with the reform and opening-up and the continuous development and progress of the times,the continuous development of new media technology,smart phones are becoming more and more popular.Under the background of this information society,the elderly groups,including the veterans,must gradually adapt to this information age.In the professional field of social work,there are few studies and services that focus on the well-cared veterans.During the internship,the main service object of the organization is the well-cared veterans.Taking this opportunity to establish a relationship with the well-cared veterans through the platform,the survey found that some of their needs know that some of the well-cared veterans have some confusion in the use of smartphones,and hope that social work ability.Enough to provide them with learning and training services related to smartphones.In the age of aging and digitalization,in order to optimize and improve the survival status of the elderly caregivers,enrich their spiritual life after retirement and integrate them into the information-based social life,under the guidance of the theory of social learning and the theory of energy enhancement,the author designs the learning group activities of the elderly caregivers' smart phones,aiming at enhancing their ability to use smart phones.This study used interviews and observation methods to investigate the use of smartphones and the existing problems of the elderly soldiers in the Youfu Home in L District.The survey found that these veterans have some confusion in some social application software and basic operation of smartphones.The group activities lasted for one month.Five group activities were carried out,including happy first meeting,understanding smartphones,basic use of mobile phone functions,learning from Weixin,reviewing and summarizing together.In the course of each group activity,the veterans can learn some new knowledge about smartphones.They have learned how to add friends to Wechat,how to use the basic operation of smartphones,how to pay for Wechat and how to use the convenience functions of mobile Taobao.This group activity pays attention to the mutuallearning and imitation among the members,which well reflects the social learning theory in the study of this group activity.In the mode of social interaction,the active interaction between members and social workers and volunteers enhances the communication and understanding between them.It not only helps the veterans to learn the use of smart phones in the group process,but also adds to the life pleasure of the veterans,enriches their spiritual entertainment life,and enables them to further integrate into the modern science and technology information society.In addition,under the mutual support of professional services and voluntary services in social work,social workers constantly improve the quality of service,to a certain extent,to meet the personalized and diversified needs of veterans,but also promote the development of preferential care work in L District,and promote social stability.
