Study On The Guarantee Mechanism Of Cultural Education In Colleges And Universities

All along,the Party and the state attach great importance to the problem of cultural education.Cultural education is not only an important part of the "ten education" system,but also a importanct meaning of the "three education".As the battle position of cultural education,colleges and universities take on the issignifictant mission of carrying forward socialist culture and cultivating new people in the socialist era.For the past few years,colleges and universities have achieved outstanding achievement in cultural education,but they also inevitably encounter confront difficulties,which hinder the actual effect and further development of cultural education.According to the above reasons,this paper attempts to analyze the existing troubles and factors of cultural education in colleges and universities,which is from the perspective of cultural education guarantee mechanism,in order to complete the guarantee mechanism of cultural education in colleges and universities from the aspects of cultural orientation,cultural content,cultural operation,cultural evaluation,and deepen the research and exploration of cultural education in colleges and universities.The colleges and universities in new era is supposed to adequately in virtue of cultural power by establishment a systematic and complete cultural education mechanism,and to strengthen the proper cultural orientation,reinforce the construction of cultural connotation,to optimize the culture operation procedures,perfect the subsequent evaluation feedback.It is indispensable to incorporate the Chinese excellent traditional culture,red culture and socialist advanced culture into the thoughts and actions of the educatees,in order to satisfy the students’ growth,and to carry out the fundamental goal of moral education and strengthen the cultural self-confidence and cultural pride of college students.The thesis is mainly divided into the following three parts.The first part is to investigate the related problems of the guarantee mechanism of cultural education in colleges and universities.At the beginning of this paper,the basic problems of the guarantee mechanism of cultural education in colleges and universities are expounded,and the structure,characteristics,purpose and value of the guarantee mechanism of cultural education in colleges and universities are expounded.The second part is the analysis of the current situation of the guarantee mechanism of cultural education in colleges and universities.It points out the initial effect and existing problems of the guarantee mechanism of cultural education in colleges and universities with dialectical method,and analyzes the cause of the existing problems.The third part is the perfection of the guarantee mechanism of cultural education in universities.This part mainly by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the State Council "About Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities under the New situation of Opinion" as the basic follow.On the basis of adhering to the correct political orientation and choosing the correct cultural content,starting from the overall operation of the guarantee mechanism of cultural education in colleges and universities,the smooth operation process is ensured through the three aspects of cultural construction subject,carrier and environment,and the feedback evaluation is finally obtained.In other words,the system should construct guiding guarantee mechanism,content guarantee mechanism,operation guarantee mechanism and evaluation guarantee mechanism,so that each sub-mechanism can run through the whole process of college cultural education system.
