| Since the reform and development of Chinese football overall plan,issued in 2015 football fever sweeping the country,the campus football is hot,the ministry of education decided that each year a number of distinctive campus football school,will also be in the national training a lot of campus football coaches,science evaluation or effective measure of a school,the campus football activities to carry out the situation is particularly necessary.Different from previous similar studies,this paper aims to build a comprehensive evaluation index system for the construction of campus football culture.Based on the marxist view of practice,this paper highlights the people-oriented concept and highlights the characteristics of football.Through three rounds of Delphi expert questionnaires,the index system was established.Then,the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)was used to give the index a reasonable weight.Finally,the case analysis method was used to test the practicability of the index system.The main results are as follows:1.Definition of football culture: football culture is created by football people who practice football in a certain objective environment,including all existing and new,tangible and intangible things in the practice process.2.Definition of campus football culture: campus football culture is created by teachers and students engaging in football practice in the school,including existing and new,tangible and intangible things in the practice process from the beginning to the end.3.The index system constructed in this paper is a three-level indicator system,with four first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 56 third-level indicators.In the evaluation process,the subject status of teachers and students is highlighted,especially the importance of teachers’ educational attainment and parents’ attitude,the educational function of campus football is highlighted,the integration of school education and family education is promoted,and the all-round development of students is guaranteed.4.Comprehensive weight coefficient of this index system :(level 1 index)teachers0.407,students 0.237,campus football culture 0.190,football practice0.166;Secondary indicators(teachers)0.215,teacher education literacy teachers soccer accomplishment of 0.082,0.110,teacher’s emotion and will(students)student body and mind condition of 0.061,students’ literacy 0.063,football 0.024 students’ emotion and will,the parents attitude toward football 0.089,(the campus football culture)0.043 physical level,system level 0.107,spiritual 0.040,0.066()football practice football course,after school football training 0.038,0.062 the football match.5.Through the case study of huilongguan center primary school and the National People’s Congress attached,verified the index system of scientific,practicability and maneuverability,and learned that the current Beijing campus football characteristic school football culture construction has achieved some results,mainly reflected in the complete football fields and equipments,perfect rules and regulations,strong football atmosphere and normalized football practice activities;The main problems are:(1)the development is not balanced,some teachers low quality,football teachers lack.(2)parents of children play football attention is insufficient,the lack of family education.(3)football practice level is low,the quality of training and competition is poor. |
