Research On The Construction Of Tianjin's Competitive Sports Science And Technology Guarantee Index System

With the gradual acceleration of the scientific process of sports,competitive sports training has formed a significant feature,which is a combination of scientific and technological services,training and medical security training mode,which is also a new trend of competitive sports development mode.Competitive sports competition is not only to show the competitive level of athletes,but also an important form of integration of modern equipment,fine data and scientific training.Therefore,the research on the construction of scientific and technological guarantee index of competitive sports is the key issue to be solved at present.Based on the background and current situation of the development of sports science and technology security in Tianjin,this research mainly adopts the methods of literature,logic analysis and AHP,and combines with the method of expert survey to carry out questionnaire survey on experts in related fields,so as to construct the index system of sports science and technology security.According to the principle of index construction,this paper makes a theoretical analysis on the scientific and technological guarantee of competitive sports,then calculates the weight of each index,and finally establishes the evaluation index system.On the basis of the index construction,it makes an empirical study on the scientific and technological guarantee of competitive sports in Tianjin.The conclusions of this study are as follows:First,the index system of science and technology security of competitive sports is constructed by using the "input-output" evaluation model.Through the research,the index system of science and technology security of competitive sports is divided into three levels,including three first level indexes,11 second level indexes and 45 third level indexes.Secondly,according to the index of science and technology guarantee of competitive sports in Tianjin,it is found that the organization,policies and regulations,human resources and material guarantee of science and technology guarantee of competitive sports in Tianjin have laid a solid foundation,which shows that Tianjin is relatively recognized for science and technology service of competitive sports.However,due to the lack of investment in medical security and information and the lack of awareness of scientific research results guiding the training practice of sports teams,Tianjin Sports Science and technology security has not formed a continuous service.The main factors are lack of innovation in the system and mechanism,lack of professionals and information platform,and low utilization of scientific research results.Third,The ideas and paradigms adopted in this study have good extensibility,which can provide some ideas and reference for other provinces and cities in building their own competitive sports technology guarantee index system.with the change of the times and the evolution of the policy,the index system should be updated and improved in time to meet the needs of the development of competitive sports.
