Lower limb muscle group is the main muscle group responsible for running and dominating football in football event.The excellent lower limb explosive power will lay a good foundation for athletes sports performance and competitive ability in football field.With the rapid development of contemporary football,the era of "fast rhythm",“strong confrontation” and "fierce competition" has come.Therefore,it is of great importance to improve the explosive power of football players lower limbs.In campus football,as teenagers are in the key stage of strength quality growth,special training on the explosive power of lower limbs will be of great help to improve the explosive power of their lower limbs.This study explores the effect of compound training on the campus football boyslower limb explosiveness through experiments.The study compares the effects of three training methods,namely compound training,rapid telescopic compound training and traditional resistance training on the lower limb explosive force of high school boys.The purpose of this paper is to further verify that compound training can better promote the development of lower limb explosive force,provide guide for the training of lower limb explosive force in campus football training,improve sports performance,and reduce sports injury as well.This paper mainly adopts various methods,including literature,investigation,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.The experiment subjects are 24 members of school team from the Middle School Affiliated to Lanzhou University(all of whom have been trained for 5 years or more,and have reached the level II of national athletes).Under the random grouping of lots,they are divided into experimental group:compound training group,n = 8,control group 1: rapid telescopic compound training,n= 8,and control group 2: traditional resistance training,n = 8.Three sets of training are performed simultaneously,3 times a week,for 90 minutes each time,lasting for 12 weeks.Six indexes reflecting the explosive power of lower limbs were tested before and after the experiment.The data collected were put in statistical software SPSS 26.0 for statistical analysis and discussion.The results indicate that:1.Twelve weeks of grouping experimental intervention,compound training,rapid contraction compound training and resistance training can effectively improve the test results of standing long jump,in-situ vertical jump and touch height,pro test and t-run.Then the comparison between groups suggests that the effect of compound training is better than rapid telescopic compound training and resistance training;No significant difference is observed among the three groups.2.Twelve weeks of experimental intervention shows that compound training can effectively improve the lower limb explosive force of boys in the experimental group.It also promotes their ability of jumping force,displacement speed,action speed and reaction speed,so as to lay a solid strength foundation for the improvement of special skills.3.Compound training can improve the muscle strength and ligament strength around the joint,so as to improve the proprioceptive ability and muscle coordination ability.Consequently,athletes can quickly adjust their muscles to adapt to the sudden changes of the external environment to improve sports performance and reduce sports injury.
