Sprinters get excellent performance is the key to have powerful explosive force of lower limb,and rapid expansion composite play a role on the development of lower limb strength training,it can stimulate the neuromuscular system,start the body excitation mechanism,muscle is fast spin,speed is quick to raise a high degree of muscle,the contraction force will increase.This paper adopts the research methods: expert interview method,literature method,questionnaire method,experimental method and mathematical statistics to explore rapid expansion composite training and traditional training on the influence degree of the teenage sprinters lower limbs explosive power increase,hope can provide a new training method for everybody to explosive force and can play a good role in promoting.Through analysis and research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The experimental group and control group after 12 weeks of training,between the two groups of 30 meters acceleration time runs,vertical jump,20 meters high hop statistical differences in grades,standing long jump results there is no significant difference,but the experimental group students standing long jump results are far higher than that of control group,shows that rapid expansion composite practice can improve students' physical quality index.2.The experimental group after 12 weeks of training,the students of the indicators have greatly improve before the experiment,the rapid expansion composite training by shortening-centripetal contraction coupling loading time,enhance the strength of lower limb,increase muscle power output,30 meters to athletes speed run,standing long jump,the vertical jump to touch,20 meters high timing hop has a positive effect.3.After 12 weeks of traditional exercise,students in the control group had improved their scores of four physical qualities to some extent compared with before the experiment.It shows that the traditional practice method can improve the students' lower extremity explosive power.4.Rapid telescopic compound training is more effective for the improvement of teenagers' special performance.After 12 weeks of training,the special performance of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group,indicating that the rapid telescopic compound training method has better effect on the improvement of sprint special performance.
