Research purposes: The training effect of rapid expansion and compound training on explosive power has been recognized by the majority of coaches.The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the rapid-expansion compound training has an impact on the lower extremity explosive force of male sprinters,and whether it can improve the performance of 100-meter athletes,thus providing a basis for the application of rapid-expansion compound training in sprint training.Research methods: This study mainly uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method and other research methods to study the explosive power of the lower limbs of 24 male sprinters in the Capital Institute of Physical Education.The experiment was carried out with experimental methods.The subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group's lower limb explosive force training was fast-expanding compound training,and the control group was trained with conventional lower limb explosive force.After eight weeks of experiment,the experimental group and the control group were compared.The lower limbs' explosive power,physical fitness,and athletic performance were tested and analyzed.The results of the study: 1.After eight weeks of rapid expansion and compound training,the experimental group of 60 meters,squat,Illinois test three physical quality indicators before and after the experiment showed a very significant difference(P <0.01);before throwing a solid ball,There was no significant difference between the three-dimensional physical quality index of the sitting body flexion and 1000 meters before and after the experiment(P>0.05).There were no significant differences between the six physical quality indicators in the control group before and after the experiment(P>0.05),but from the six physical fitness tests.The rate of change in indicator performance can be seen to have increased.After the experiment,the results of physical fitness index between the experimental group and the control group showed that there was a significant difference between the 60-meter and Illinois tests(P<0.01);the deep sputum had significant difference(P<0.05);The physical quality of the subject,such as speed,sensitivity,and lower limb strength,has a good effect.2.In the standing jump,the standing three-level long jump,30 meters,and the in-situ vertical jump and high four explosive force index,the experimental group's four lower extremity explosive force indicators showed a very significant difference before and after the experiment(P<0.01).There was a significant improvement in the control group.There were no significant differences in the four lower extremity explosive force indexes before and after the experiment(P>0.05),and the scores were all increased.After the experiment,the comparison between the experimental group and the control group and the standing three-level long jump showed a very significant difference(P<0.01),while the comparison between the 30-meter and the in-situ vertical jump showed a significant difference(P<0.05).<0.05);It shows that the increase of explosive power of lower limbs after the experimental group added rapid flexion compound training is more obvious than that of the control group.After 8 weeks of experiment,the experimental group showed a very significant difference(P<0.01)before and after the experiment,and there was no significant difference in the 100-meter testbefore and after the experiment(P>0.05).The comparison of the 100-meter performance of the control group showed a significant difference(P<0.05);indicating that the rapid-expansion composite training had a better effect on the 100-meter sports performance.Analysis conclusion:1.Rapid telescopic compound training has a significant effect on the lower limb strength,speed and sensitivity of male sprinters.2.Rapid retractable compound training can effectively improve the lower limb explosive force level of male sprinters,and the lifting effect is better than the control group.3.Rapid telescopic compound training can effectively improve the 100 m special performance of men's sprinters,and the improvement effect is more significant than the control group.
