| With the deepening of China’s education reform,people pay great attention to the students’ individuality and comprehensive development.In order to realize the goal of physical education in physical education,relevant scholars continue to reform the curriculum and explore suitable for students’ development.Teaching methods.In physical education,students inevitably have many factors such as physical quality,learning ability and psychological influence.In this regard,flexible use of teaching principles,serious treatment of students’ differences,and attention to students’ needs are the key to quality education implementation..As a reserve base for physical education teachers,colleges and universities are also important transportation links for sports talents.They must be integrated into the reform process.They should cultivate excellent skills,solid sports skills and comprehensive teaching skills as teaching objectives,so that sports majors can Good employment.In track and field teaching,hurdles are more complicated projects with technical movements.The results depend on the speed of running,hurdles,and straddles.It is a consideration of students’ comprehensive ability.Therefore,there will be some difficulties in the learning process,which directly affects teaching.In this paper,the dynamic layered teaching method is applied to the track and field hurdle teaching,aiming to analyze the influence of the teaching method on the ability of "teaching" and "learning" of physical education students,and to explore the scientific nature of the teaching method for track and field hurdles.Feasibility,combined with the current situation and problems of track and field teaching in physical education,provides an effective teaching strategy and theoretical basis for the follow-up teaching of physical education teachers in colleges and universities.According to the data,the dynamic stratified teaching method is widely used in physical education,but there is still little research in hurdles.In this paper,using the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and experimental research,the two classes of 2017 physical education major are selected as experimental subjects,which are divided into experimental group and control group,which is the basis of analyzing dynamic layered teaching experimental research.On the basis of formulating reasonable classroom teaching strategies and quality assessment standards,the teaching effect will be at its best.Through the experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The dynamic stratified teaching method fully embodies the role of students as themain body and teachers as the mainstay.It pays attention to the development of students’ individuality and differences,and reflects the principle of optimizing students in accordance with their aptitude and teaching,which helps to improve teaching efficiency.(2)In the hurdle course of physical education majors in colleges and universities,the dynamic stratified teaching method can stimulate students’ learning motivation and interest more than the traditional teaching method,improve the sense of active participation and recognition of teaching methods,and cultivate correct learning values and good learning attitude.(3)The dynamic stratified teaching method can effectively improve the students’ special grades and teaching level,improve the students’ comprehensive ability,and through the dynamic adjustment between groups and groups,students help each other,with excellent advantages,not only improved The individual’s competitive spirit also enhances the sense of teamwork and is conducive to the cultivation of affective goals.(4)The application of dynamic stratified teaching method in teaching has greatly enriched the diversity of teaching content,solved the problem of boring and ubiquitous teaching process,and enabled students to cultivate their cognitive ability through self-learning.The ability to discover problems,analyze problems and solve problems,thereby improving self-efficacy and achieving the best state of teaching methods and teaching effects. |
