Research On After Class Sports Service Guarantee Of Primary Schools In Zhengzhou Under The Background Of After Class Delay

In 2017,in order to solve the "3:30 problem",the state put forward the after-school delay service policy,and proposed to reduce the burden.It is strictly prohibited to make up lessons in any form.Primary school students,as the future of the country,are the hope of the nation.According to the report on childhood obesity in China,the overall obesity proportion of children and adolescents is on the rise.The development pattern of overweight and obesity has become a universal problem in the world.After class sports service conforms to the overall needs of the current society.It is an effective way to reduce the schoolwork burden of primary school students,an effective means to improve students’ physique and health,and a powerful starting point for the implementation of national fitness.Zhengzhou primary schools,under the leadership of the government,actively undertake after-school services and carry out a variety of after-school sports services.However,there are certain obstacles in the process of carrying out,and many supporting conditions are limited or even lagging behind.It is necessary to analyze the problems of the supporting conditions according to the development situation and explore countermeasures.After class sports service is in the embryonic stage of exploration,and different from other forms of after-school services,it needs a variety of conditions.The improvement of the guarantee conditions is the grass-roots building for the smooth development of after-school sports service,which is indispensable.Therefore,this paper takes the after-school sports service guarantee of primary schools in Zhengzhou as the research object,and the managers,physical education teachers and parents of after-school sports service as the survey objects.It uses the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to understand the current situation of after-school sports service in primary schools in Zhengzhou,analyze the problems existing in the guarantee conditions and put forward corresponding countermeasures,To explore the necessary guarantee conditions to promote the smooth development of after-school sports services,the research results of this paper are as follows:The current situation of after-school sports services in primary schools in Zhengzhou:(1)15primary schools surveyed in Zhengzhou,2 rural primary schools did not carry out after-school sports services due to teachers’ reasons,13 urban schools carried out after-school sports services in good condition,followed the principle of voluntariness,participated free of charge and had a high degree of student participation.The number of sports associations carried out was more than four,mostly football,basketball,table tennis,shuttlecock,track and field and cheerleading;(2)After class sports services are usually carried out for 1-1.5h,2-5 times/week.Echelon training is carried out in the form of sports associations.The training objectives are different according to the situation of students.In addition,some schools carry out the training in the mode of school enterprise cooperation;(3)According to the parents’ questionnaire survey,most parents believe that their children need to participate in after-school sports services to develop their interests and exercise habits;However,it is considered that there are problems such as single project and insufficient frequency in the current implementation,and there are concerns about safety;Parents are satisfied with some school enterprise cooperation fees;Parents’ attitudes and needs in the development of after-school sports services expressed great hope.In general,parents and students have strong demands on the development of after-school sports services.There are some problems in the guarantee of after-school sports services in primary schools in Zhengzhou:(1)after-school sports services are in the exploratory stage,lack of clear operational planning schemes,and lack of a standard supervision and evaluation system for after-school sports services,and do not carry out standardized evaluation on the implementation effect,quality and teacher performance;(2)After class sports service is in the blank area of legal protection,with security problems and unclear division of responsibilities and rights,which is not conducive to further promotion and implementation;(3)At present,the demand for after-school sports services exceeds the supply,and the physical education teachers are insufficient and the teachers’ burden is heavy.With the increasing demand of students and parents for after-school sports services,there is an imbalance between supply and demand;(4)Some schools have insufficient venues,some rural primary schools lack standardized venues,and the after-school sports service funds are only supported by finance,with a single source,resulting in weak teacher subsidies,and affecting the introduction of emerging projects and coaches.According to the investigation and analysis,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)policy system design is the root power to promote after-school sports service.Only by guiding the planning and clarifying the process can we further improve and standardize after-school sports service,establish a quantitative and qualitative teacher evaluation system,formulate systematic assessment contents and methods,and establish the status of the school as the evaluation subject;(2)Combined with the actual situation,improve the security defense mechanism,clarify the division of rights and responsibilities,and actively introduce relevant legal provisions to fill the legal gap in after-school sports services;(3)In view of the imbalance between supply and demand,it is necessary to participate in multiple parties,increase the supply of after-school sports services,evaluate the needs of students,and regulate reasonable needs,In view of the problem of teachers,we should establish a follow-up reserve of teachers and encourage parents with sports talents to enter the school;(4)Actively promote the joint construction of public sports venues and school sports venues,and use the existing venues and facilities to carry out sports services,Broaden the sources of funds,seek the support of various forces,and make diversified arrangements for the sources of funds for after-school services.
