| School physical education is a basic project to realize the fundamental task of moral education,improve students’ comprehensive quality,and it plays a unique role in cultivating students’ patriotism and collectivism and promoting students’ all-round physical and mental development.In recent years,primary schools in various regions have successively carried out after-school service,and after-school sports service is one of the contents and an important part of school sports work.As a livelihood project serving parents and students,the quality of after-school sports service reflects the level of school sports work.Therefore,this study studies the evaluation of after-school sports service quality,and gives play to the functions of guidance,diagnosis,improvement,encouragement and so on,so as to promote the construction by evaluation,and provide help for promoting the high-quality development of after-school sports service in schools and improving the level of school sports work.Firstly,this paper uses the literature method to understand the research status of after-school service,after-school sports service and education evaluation,study relevant policies and find the theoretical basis,etc.,so as to lay the foundation for the paper writing.Then,a questionnaire survey was conducted in some primary schools in Henan Province to find out the present situation of after-school sports service.Finally,Delphi method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and other research methods are used for related research.The research results are as follows:(1)The present situation of after-school sports service in some primary schools in Henan Province: in terms of resource input,the conditions of most school sports venues can meet the needs of after-school sports service;After-school service wage subsidies are different,and the participation enthusiasm of some school PE teachers is affected,but most PE teachers have high enthusiasm in their work.In terms of the development effect,most primary school students think that after participating in after-school sports service,their sports interest,sports skills and physical health have been improved;As for the evaluation of after-school sports service,the vast majority of PE teachers reflect that their school has not evaluated after-school sports service,and most teachers think it is necessary to evaluate the quality of after-school sports service.It can be seen from the survey results that after-school sports service has a positive impact on students,and most schools have the conditions to carry out it,but there are also some problems.To solve these problems,an evaluation system should be built.(2)After studying the relevant policies and previous research results,combining with the current investigation results,according to the CIPP evaluation theory model,the empirical pre-selection indexes for the quality evaluation of after-school sports service in primary schools are preliminarily constructed,and after two rounds of expert screening by Delphi method,the evaluation system of after-school sports service quality in primary schools is determined,which includes four first-class indexes,15 second-class indexes and 37 third-class indexes.(3)The Delphi method is used to determine the suitable evaluation subjects of the evaluation index system,and the weight of each evaluation subject is calculated by using the rank sum calculation method.Combined with expert opinions,the evaluation table of the index system suitable for different subjects is designed.(4)The weights of indexes in different subject evaluation tables are calculated by rank sum operation.Combining relevant policies,literature,etc.,formulate the evaluation standards applicable to the three-level indicators in different subject evaluation forms;(5)According to the actual needs of the evaluation activities,this study provides the participants in the evaluation activities with the methods to collect and process the evaluation information,and finally forms a complete evaluation system of after-school sports service quality in primary schools,which is suitable for multi-agent evaluation. |
