| With the continuous introduction of the "double reduction" policy and related after-school service policies,after-school service has attracted high attention.With the trend of government schools vigorously developing after-school service,Chengdu after-school sports service is developing continuously.How to effectively evaluate after-school sports service and apply the evaluation system to guide the high-quality development of after-school service is an urgent problem to be solved now.Therefore,by establishing the evaluation system of after-school sports service quality in primary schools in Chengdu,and using the quality evaluation system to directly and objectively evaluate after-school sports service,it will help schools find existing problems,clarify the direction of development,and finally provide guidance for the optimization and development of after-school sports service in primary schools in Chengdu.By using the method of literature,questionnaire,Delphi method and mathematical statistics,and based on the CIPP evaluation model theory,this study establishes an evaluation index system of after-school physical education service quality in Chengdu primary schools,and applies the evaluation system.The following conclusions are reached:(1)Chengdu primary school after-school physical education service quality evaluation index system consists of three first-level indicators: service basis,service process and service effect.15 secondary indicators of policy support,management mechanism,rules and regulations,teachers,facilities,service funds,time arrangement,service content,organizational form,value orientation,target implementation,student satisfaction,parent satisfaction,teacher recognition and service characteristics.(2)Taking primary schools in Jinjiang District of Chengdu as the object of study,the overall score of after-school sports services of primary schools in Jinjiang District is 4.30,which is above the average level.By combining the four quadrants of IPA,it is found that there is a good development trend in the policy,goal implementation and teachers of after-school sports service,but there is still a certain gap in the content and schedule of after-school sports service with the needs of students,parents and teachers.(3)Focus on improving areas,enrich and innovate after-school sports services,rationally arrange sports services according to the actual situation,and ensure reasonable time planning;The second priority is to improve the area,to promote the construction of sports facilities and equipment and the utilization of resources,to provide a good environment for exercise,and to encourage the establishment of their own unique service projects according to the characteristics of the school,and finally to improve parents’ awareness and sense of participation in after-school sports services;To maintain the status quo area,it is necessary to improve the school management mechanism,strengthen the daily work management,supervise and guarantee the quality of teachers’ service and students’ participation;Advantage maintenance area,on the basis of the original advantage,need to pay continuous attention to it,to ensure that the advantage is maintained.In accordance with relevant policies,improve the construction of after-school sports services,promote the participation of multiple professional forces,ensure the thickness of teachers,clear service objectives,and further sublimate the value of after-school sports services. |
