| As the country’s emphasis on education career,scientific research in colleges and universities,financial expense claims and other business is becoming more and more colleges and universities financial needs based on the traditional reimbursement process and change now intelligent,digital means to better use of financial funds to the day-to-day running of colleges and universities,on the quality of financial information at the same time,promote efficiency of financial work.However,at present,there are still many inconveniences in the work efficiency and methods of financial reimbursement process,resulting in difficult reimbursement for teachers and students,heavy workload of financial staff,poor service quality and so on.The reason is that,on the one hand,the reimbursement personnel are not familiar with the financial process,and the accounting system is constantly updated,but the personnel who are not engaged in financial work do not pay attention to the repeated work.On the other hand,the financial reimbursement method is backward,and the old system is difficult to adapt to the trend of constant update.This paper takes the financial reimbursement process of A university as an example to optimize the order of the reimbursement process,financial personnel arrangement and other aspects.Literature review method,case analysis method and relevant theories of industrial engineering are used to optimize the financial reimbursement process of A university by using Anylogic software:(1)Find out the problems in the financial reimbursement process of A university by combining the relevant theories of industrial engineering.The cause-effect diagram is used to analyze the reimbursement equipment,reimbursement personnel and financial personnel,reimbursement process and related systems from the five aspects of human,machine,loop,material and law.5W1 H analysis method was used to put forward problems and summarize the selected problems,steps or processes from six aspects,such as cause,object,place,time,personnel and method.(2)Analyze the existing problems in the financial reimbursement process of A university.According to the causal diagram and 5W1 H analysis method,the existing problems in the financial reimbursement process of A university are analyzed and summarized,and the following problems are found in the financial reimbursement process of A university: the financial system is not familiar enough,and the reimbursement audit returns rate is high;Lack of financial risk awareness,reduce reimbursement audit efficiency;Unreasonable arrangement of procedures and responsibilities,affecting the reimbursement efficiency;The reimbursement time is too concentrated,and the financial work pressure is great.(3)The current financial reimbursement process of A university is simulated.Based on the discrete event mathematical model,the current financial reimbursement process of A university is simulated,and the simulation results are analyzed according to the simulation data.(4)An optimization plan is proposed for the current problems in the financial reimbursement process of A university.Mainly from the following aspects of optimization,that is,adjust the reimbursement process to accelerate the reimbursement progress;Clarify job responsibilities and improve professional proficiency;Complete reimbursement in a timely manner and reduce the probability of centralized reimbursement;Adjust the opening hours of the reimbursement window to achieve staggered peak reimbursement;Leaders lead by example and improve reimbursement efficiency from the source;Timely release of the latest system to reduce information asymmetry;Improve publicity work and enhance awareness of financial risks.(5)Simulate and verify the optimization scheme of financial reimbursement process in A university.By using the optimized logic diagram,personnel density map and model data,as well as comparing the data of personnel density and the number of completed reimbursements before and after optimization,and comparing the personnel density,it can be concluded that the above optimization scheme can effectively improve the financial reimbursement efficiency. |
