| As a typical of the new form of teaching materials,digital teaching materials are the pivotal project of the strategic initiative of digitization in education,which is conducive to cultivating new talents with cross-disciplinary perspectives and problem-solving abilities,promoting interdisciplinary integration,and supporting high-quality development of education.The released "Information Technology" standards point out that emphasis should be placed on teaching content that reflects interdisciplinary concepts in the content of teaching materials,and that well-considered interdisciplinary thematic teaching designs can guide students in the process of independent inquiry using information technology,handle the connections with other courses,and effectively solve problems in other courses,effectively linking "learning technology" with "using technology".The concept of "learning technology" and "using technology" is effectively integrated.Exploring the interdisciplinary teaching mode of the "Information Technology" course in primary and secondary schools for the application of digital teaching materials is an issue that must be accelerated and researched.Digital teaching materials have become a hot issue for research.Although the "Information Technology" course mainly relies on digital teaching platform to carry out teaching activities,and many teachers have developed digital teaching resources such as series of micro lessons,the necessary integration is lacking.The transition from the teaching design of Information Technology to the design of the teaching system of Information Technology and then to the integration into digital teaching materials only lacks a critical step.To address this problem,the concept of digital teaching materials is introduced into the teaching design of Information Technology.On the one hand,it is intended to strengthen the teaching of IT principles and knowledge and change the status quo of only emphasizing skills and operations in IT in primary and secondary schools,and on the other hand,it can also bring into play the usefulness of digital teaching materials to support interdisciplinary thematic teaching.Based on the engineering design model of cultivating students’ interdisciplinary learning ability,this study initially constructs an interdisciplinary teaching model oriented to digital teaching materials.Based on this teaching model,the interdisciplinary theme "Online Digital Weather Station" of Information Technology is taught,and the concepts of "learning technology" and "using technology" are effectively integrated.After the initial application test,we tried to explore the interdisciplinary teaching model of "Information Technology" for digital teaching materials.The study focused on the teaching content of Online Digital Weather Station,the integration design of teaching resources,activities,tools and communities based on the core elements of digital teaching materials,and the analysis of the interdisciplinary knowledge contained in the topic,and finally the implementation application of the design was carried out in Grade 6 Class 2 of Nanchang A Middle School.The study found that: comparing and analyzing the data of students’ self-assessment forms and teachers’ rating scales before and after the application of the instructional design,it was found that students’ engineering thinking level was improved after they had learned the interdisciplinary teaching and learning activities constructed based on the engineering design,which indicated the effectiveness of the interdisciplinary teaching and learning model for digital materials;investigating through interviews students’ attitudes toward the The students’ attitudes toward Information Technology changed after participating in the interdisciplinary teaching activities with digital teaching materials,and it was found that they enhanced their interest in Information Technology and had certain awareness and ability to apply interdisciplinary knowledge.Based on the experience gained from the teaching practice,the process of the initially constructed interdisciplinary teaching model of Information Technology for digital teaching materials was improved,and the improved teaching model was applied to classroom teaching activities,and the improved process was as follows: activity design and interdisciplinary knowledge analysis-clarification of task content-students’ independent study of course resources-group development of solutions and continuous improvement with teacher assistance-students’ submission of assignments-Communication and evaluation.The results of the study show that applying the interdisciplinary instructional design of IT for digital materials to the teaching of IT does not only change the way of teaching,but also enriches the content of teaching IT.At the same time,interdisciplinary teaching also poses a great challenge to IT teachers: digital-oriented materials mean that teachers need not only classroom teaching resourcefulness,but also cooperation among interdisciplinary teachers,the establishment of corresponding teacher teams,and the formation of habits of teaching that integrate the knowledge of different disciplines with each other. |
