In the digital age,digital learning and innovation are gradually becoming the essential qualities of citizens.Only individuals with digital learning and innovation can adapt to the rapid development of the information society and establish a foothold in society.At the same time,digital learning and innovation,as one of the elements of the core literacy of the information technology discipline,should be cultivated as a kind of literacy.However,there are few related literatures on digital learning and innovation training strategies and methods,and it is still in its infancy.In Project-based Learning,students can make full use of the resources,tools and platforms in the digital environment to explore problems and produce works,which provides ideas for cultivating digital learning and innovation.However,there are few researches on using Project-based Learning to cultivate students' digital learning and innovation.Therefore,in order to cultivate students' digital learning and innovation,the research adopts research methods such as literature research method,questionnaire survey method,action research method and classroom observation method to carry out research and practice of Project-based Learning design for digital learning and innovation.Firstly,use the literature research method to sort out the research results of digital learning and innovation,and Project-based Learning at home and abroad,and understand its research status.Analyze the connotation and performance of digital learning and innovation based on the concept of "New Curriculum Standards",and construct a three-tier structure of digital learning and innovation based on the idea of a three-tier structure of core literacy.Secondly,clarify the value of Project-based Learning for cultivating digital learning and innovation.Using the questionnaire survey method,it is understood that the current digital learning and innovation level of primary school students needs to be improved.By analyzing the advantages and characteristics of Project-based Learning,it is concluded that Project-based Learning is helpful to cultivate digital learning and innovation.Thirdly,the Project-based Learning design oriented to digital learning and innovation is initially carried out.With the goal of cultivating digital learning and innovation,Project-based Learning is designed according to the basic elements of teaching design,including preliminary analysis,target design,project structure design,teaching process design,and teaching evaluation design.Finally,through the implementation of elementary school information technology teaching practice,it is verified that the Project-based Learning design can effectively cultivate students' digital learning and innovation.Using the action research method,after three rounds of action research,the Project-based Learning process was revised and the Project-based Learning design was improved.Subsequently,through the comparison of the data from the pre-and post-test questionnaires,the analysis shows that the Project-based Learning design for digital learning and innovation can effectively enhance the digital learning and innovation of primary school students.The research results mainly reflect two aspects of value.At the theoretical level,the Projectbased Learning design for cultivating students' digital learning and innovation in elementary school information technology teaching was proposed and perfected,and the application theory of digital learning and innovation training in elementary school information technology course teaching was further enriched;at the practical level,Project-based Learning was carried out,Can effectively cultivate the digital learning and innovation of primary school students,and provide a certain reference for information technology teachers to cultivate the digital learning and innovation of primary school students.
