| The important proposition of "Telling Good Chinese Stories" was first proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the 2013 National Propaganda and Ideological Work Conference.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized many times: we must tell the Chinese story well and show a real,three-dimensional and comprehensive China.At present,my country’s development is in a period of strategic opportunities.Multiple ideas and concepts are superimposed and agitated,and various interests and conflicts overlap.The problems and risks and challenges faced are unprecedented.Actively telling China’s story has become the best choice for urgent problems.The problem of college students’ ideals and beliefs is the primary subject of cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors of the socialist cause.Colleges and universities undertake the important mission of building morality and cultivating people.Only by educating college students well in their ideals and beliefs can they strive to cultivate them into pillar talents who realize their personal "dream of success" and "dream of serving the country",and finally realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,how to grasp the pulse of the times,tell Chinese stories vividly through fresh cases,and deepen the education of college students’ ideals and beliefs is an important topic of current ideological and political education.This article deepens the research significance,literature review,research methods and innovations of college students’ ideal and belief education by expounding "Telling Good Chinese Stories ",and introduces why it is necessary to conduct research on college students’ ideal and belief education.This paper provides an overview of the relevant theories of "Telling Good Chinese Stories" and the education of college students’ ideals and beliefs,and provides relevant theoretical support for subsequent research through research on the theory of comprehensive development,the lofty ideal of communism,and Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Through empirical investigation and analysis,according to the questionnaire data and interview results,this paper understands that "Telling Good Chinese Stories " has played an active role in daily teaching,student awareness,and student life.However,the integration of "Telling Good Chinese Stories" into educational content,personal understanding,and educational synergy also exposed problems.The main reasons for this are educational,individual,and environmental factors.This article focuses on "Telling Good Chinese Stories" to deepen the education of college students’ ideals and beliefs.It mainly explains the path selection of college students’ ideal and belief education,and proposes that the main path is to choose telling materials,enrich educational content,explore narrating methods,and broaden educational carriers,optimize the telling environment,create an educational atmosphere,innovate the telling mechanism,and unite educational synergy.Finally,the author believes that insisting on "Telling Good Chinese Stories" to deepen the education of college students’ firm ideals and beliefs is an inevitable need for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. |
