| The development of rural education has always been the focus of social attention.Rural junior middle school education is an important part of rural compulsory education.Rural students in the junior middle school stage will inevitably have some growth problems in the process of receiving education,such as deviant behavior.As a head teacher,how to improve the deviant behavior of rural junior middle school students through effective teaching is very worthy of research.This paper mainly uses qualitative research methods to study three students with different personality characteristics and from different family backgrounds in a township junior middle school in Xinzhou District,Shangrao City.The deviant behavior in this study mainly refers to the deviation of students’ thought and behavior in the development process,showing the behavior of not abiding by school rules and regulations and violating the expectation of role value.The study found that the three factors of students’ deviant behavior include several aspects: first,the local cultural background,the lag of local economic development,the low general cultural level and the lack of local education culture;Secondly,the background of family environment,the phenomenon of parents going out to work is common,children lack companionship and supervision,parents’ own cultural level is low,most of them only have primary school diploma,and lack of advanced educational concept and scientific educational methods;The third is the school background,the source of students is poor,the foundation of students is generally weak,and most students are addicted to mobile networks;Finally,for the students’ own personality characteristics,age characteristics and so on.Based on the identity of head teacher,this paper observes and records the deviant behavior of three different types of students.Through the methods of literature research,observation and interview,this paper summarizes the practical strategies adopted by the head teacher to improve the deviant behavior of rural junior middle school students: Identifying the characteristics of students and "applying the right medicine to the case";Paying attention to students’ emotions and not being a judge;Influence with love and wait patiently;Discover the shining points and give performance opportunities;Do not stick negative labels and believe in the power of faith;Proper "cold treatment" and seize the opportunity of education;Form a joint force of education and repeatedly communicate education;Correctly guide informal groups and create a good class atmosphere,So as to promote the improvement of rural junior middle school students’ deviant behavior. |
