A head teacher is the educator, leader and organizer of a class. Meanwhile, ahead teacher is overall responsible for students’ thinking, learning and life. Headteacher leadership behavior plays an important role in the formation of the ClassroomClimate.The research uses "multi-factor leadership questionnaire" drawn up by Bass andClassroom climate questionnaire drawn up by Zhang Tuoji for measuring tools. Theresearch makes the analysis of differentiation and correlation of the samples from947junior middle school students in X school, G city. Study the relationship between thejunior middle school head teacher leadership behavior and the classroom climate.Also study type of leadership behavior for building a good quality classroom climateby the junior middle school head teacher.The results show that the sex of the students is different in class public opinionand evaluation and group goal. The grade of the students is different in group goal,group activities performance and group code of conduct. And the junior middle schoolhead teacher leadership behavior is correlated with elements of the classroom climate.According to the results, the author puts forward some suggestions. The juniormiddle school head teacher should set up the correct and scientific student view. Thejunior middle school head teacher should raise awareness in the relevance theorybetween the leadership behavior and the classroom climate. The junior middle schoolhead teacher should focus on the boys’ performance in class public opinion andevaluation and group goal. The junior middle school head teacher should focus on thesecond grade students’ performance of junior middle school in group goal and thethird grade students’ performance of junior middle school in group activitiesperformance and group code of conduct. According to different classes, the juniormiddle school head teacher should make rational use of there kinds of leadershipbehavior which are transformational, transactional and laissez-faire.
