.New challenges in the new century.In order to adapt to the development of The Times and the educational conditions of Our country,the new curriculum reform is being promoted in an all-round way.The new curriculum reform puts forward higher requirements for teachers’ education and teaching.The new curriculum reform requires the head teacher to change the class management concept and adopt scientific and efficient management methods to manage the class,so as to promote the all-round development of students and the overall development of the school.Due to the special regional environment,the quality of students and parents varies,which brings great difficulties to the class management of class teachers.Therefore,it is imperative to optimize the class management of the middle school class teacher in the urban-rural fringe.The research object of this paper is the head teacher of G Middle School in chengdu.This paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey and interview to conduct a questionnaire research on the class management of the class teacher in G Middle School of Chengdu from the perspectives of the class teacher,students and parents.In order to make up the deficiency of the questionnaire survey,the author designed the interview outline of the head teacher and the school leader.Through investigation and research,it is preliminarily analyzed that the problems in class management of G Middle School in Chengdu are as follows: Decentralized school management,lack of systematic;Grade management is scattered and lack of unity;Head teacher class management autocratic,lack of democracy;Intellectual education is serious and ignores the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality.The management mode is orderly and uniform,ignoring the development of individual differences of students;Neglect students’ psychological problems and lack of mental health education;The cooperation between home and school is not close,and there is no educational synergy.In order to better solve the urban and rural fringe middle school class teacher management problems,actively looking for countermeasures.Optimizing the class management of junior middle school teachers in urban and rural fringe department.First of all,the school strengthens the management to provide a good platform for the head teacher;Team work by grade;The head teacher can improve his class management ability through study.The implementation of democratic management,students self-management;Establish multiple evaluation system to promote the all-round development of students;To set up the concept of student-oriented and paying attention to the individual development of students;Carry out psychological counseling and psychological education activities for students;Mobilize parents to actively participate in the school’s education work,so that the family,the school to form a joint force.To promote the effective development of class management and improve the efficiency of class management.
