Inquiry and innovation are the internal driving forces of students’ learning.With these two abilities,students can explore,acquire and integrate knowledge actively from the heart and form good learning habits.The chemistry course in senior high school is one of the main courses to train high-quality talents,carry forward the correct values and establish the scientific idea of being practical and realistic.Under the background of the new college entrance examination,Some senior high school students think chemistry is trivial and complex,thus to choose to avoid chemical,this means that a compulsory stage study chemistry’s enthusiasm is not high,did not find the suitable study method,cannot independent construction of knowledge network.At the same time they don’t have to think,explore and innovation consciousness,and it will hinder the development of chemistry discipline core literacy.Nowadays,the teaching method in China is still based on the class teaching system.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of students’ intellectual education and other all-round development,teachers need to adopt a variety of teaching modes.BOPPPS teaching mode has clear links and student-centered classroom teaching,which can significantly improve students’ ability of independent inquiry and learning,and is conducive to cultivating students’ awareness of positive innovation.Through literature research,this thesis understands the characteristics of BOPPPS teaching mode and its development status at home and abroad.Meanwhile,it makes an in-depth analysis of the core quality of "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness",divides this quality by referring to other researchers’ methods and makes a scale.Evaluate the effect of classroom application of BOPPPS teaching mode on the development of core literacy of "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness" of senior high school students.Through questionnaire investigation,interview method,etc,the experimental group and the control group of study practice first before the investigation,analysis of students "science inquiry and innovation consciousness" literacy development present situation.On the basis of this,representative teaching cases of BOPPPS are selected from compulsory chemistry courses of the humanities edition,the implementation of a questionnaire survey was conducted again after statistics,analysis.At the same time,the opinions of several teachers who participated in the practice were obtained in the form of interview,and the conclusions were summarized.It is found that compared with the traditional teaching mode,students’ overall understanding of scientific inquiry has been improved,their ability to ask questions of scientific research value and their ability to cooperate with their peers have been greatly improved,and their character of being realistic and questioning necessary for scientific inquiry has also been improved to some extent.
