Scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness is in today’s society,science and technology are in urgent need of ability and quality,and chemistry experiments is to cultivate students "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness" literacy is the most direct and effective method,whether social,schools,teachers should use as much as possible and create chemical experiment conditions and opportunities,simple changes to the present situation of the experiment,Develop and expand the form and content of chemical experiments,take high-level chemical experiments as the carrier,through effective teaching design,make chemical experiments situational,concrete,real,so as to really promote the development of students’ "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness" literacy.However in experiment teaching of high school chemistry teaching,the implementation it also exists some problems,the shortages of the experimental hardware and software equipment,the university entrance exam pressure and the teaching time is short,part experiment ineffective or dangerous coefficient higher such factors restricting the development of experiment teaching in high school,the current experimental teaching form is single,It mainly focuses on teacher demonstration and video playback,and students do experiments and explorations by themselves.Therefore,the research and development of high-level and easy to popularize experiments is imminent,while micro chemical experiments can give more dexterous play to the advantages of experimental teaching.The purpose of this paper is to design low cost,low toxicity,low pollution,high participation rate,the effect is good,easy to promote the miniaturization of devices,miniaturization and experiment designed ably students in basic chemistry teaching,the real chemistry experiment into the students,to cultivate students’ experimental ability and innovation and explore the core of the quality.This paper is divided into five parts :(1)through investigation and research,the research background and significance of this paper are determined by understanding the micro chemistry experiment and teaching status analysis under the "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness".According to a large number of case studies,the research ideas and methods are formulated.(2)Through a questionnaire survey of high school chemistry teachers and students in Bijie city,to understand the current situation of experimental teaching in Bijie city and the biggest obstacles to the implementation of experimental teaching,to understand students’ attitudes towards experiments and the current situation of experimental needs,and to summarize the problems in experimental teaching.By analyzing the new teaching material of compulsory first screening in the preparation and properties of chlorine in experimental design,the preparation and properties of ferrous hydroxide as the research object of the experiment,two experiments on CNKI refer to nearly 10 years of research progress of experimental design or improvement,statistical analysis,find the problems existing in the design and the advantages of the design,Understand the new ideas and methods of experimental improvement.(3)Two miniaturized experimental devices were designed to be used in the preparation and comprehensive property test of chlorine gas and the preparation experiment of ferrous hydroxide.The effects of the two experimental designs were verified by experimental method to ensure their safety,scientific nature and feasibility.(4)the combination of bijie city,the local actual situation,determine the practice of teaching strategy research,in order to "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness" literacy for the experimental teaching method of teaching design,undertake to the student research experiment teaching practice,through the practice teaching situation and advice after class,data,feedback analysis,test the function and effect of experimental teaching.(5)Summarize and reflect on the design and teaching of micro chemistry experiment.For the miniaturization of high school chemistry experiment innovation design,experimental design and reasonable use in the high school chemistry classroom,not only can improve the learning interest of students of chemistry discipline,also can effectively improve students’ comprehensive ability,in the practice of the theory with practical life and miniature experiment,cultivate students to build knowledge and migration ability,improve the student’s ability to analyze and solve problems,Continuously deepen students’ "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness".
