| In the new era,facing the realization of the "two Centenary Goals" and the strategic goal of realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the Party and the country urgently need college students with real ability and great ambition to contribute their youthful strength.The development of a country and the future of a nation depend on the quality of college students.Therefore,life education of college students in the new era should focus on cultivating new people with life tension,life ideal and life belief for the country.Since the new era,the social environment and realistic conditions have undergone many changes.Life education of college students in the new era should be based on the new changes brought by the teaching environment,the new characteristics of the subject of education and the new demands of the education effect,so as to improve the effectiveness of life education of college students in the new era and reflect the newness of life education of college students in the new era.In view of the practical difficulties faced by life education of college students in the new era,this thesis uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and individual interview method to carry out research on countermeasures of life education of college students in the new era.According to the research ideas of "problem origin--implication elaboration--current situation dialysis--countermeasure construction",this thesis starts from the ontological perspective and combines the literature research method to explain the implication of life education for college students in the new era,and excavates the theoretical basis of life education for college students in the new era.On the basis of connotation interpretation and theoretical basis mining,and then using the method of questionnaire survey and individual interview,this thesis analyzes the status quo of college students’ cognition of life and life education.Finally,explore the reasons behind the current situation,so as to get the solution to the dilemma of life education of college students in the new era.This thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of this thesis,which summarizes the research background,research significance,research methods and innovation points of this thesis,and discusses the status quo of life education for college students at home and abroad by consulting a large number of literature,and establishes the research content of this thesis.The second chapter is a basic overview of life education for college students in the new era.It mainly analyzes the connotation,essence,goal and content,defines the relevant core concepts,and describes the group characteristics of college students in the new era.The third chapter analyzes the new era of college students’ life education theory,the author thinks that: Marxist theory provides the theoretical support,the related discussions of General Secretary Xi Jinping provide a guide to development,the Chinese excellent traditional culture contains the viewpoint of this article provides a thought of nutrient,western view for this article to provide a theoretical reference.The fourth chapter reveals the reality of life education of college students in the new era.Around the "natural life" and "spiritual life","social life" research dimensions the current college students’ life development state of reality,the college students life education theory teaching,activities,implementing state research current status of life education of college students,and use SPSS tools for data statistics and analysis.The fifth chapter,based on literature review and research data,studies the current situation of life education for college students in the new era.At present,life education for college students has achieved certain results,with "more comprehensive research topics,significantly improved cognition level and increasingly rich teaching practice".And new era college students mostly the life education of "the goal is not close to the practice,content,student supplies insufficiency,the teachers strength is not strong,lack of enforcement",and the realistic predicament of reflection,found that the main reasons behind the life education for college students "education system is not strong,there is insufficient internal impetus driving,structural imbalance between supply and demand".The sixth chapter,based on the practical difficulties and causes of life education of college students in the new era,proposes solutions from four aspects of improving the education mechanism,strengthening the construction of the team,constructing the curriculum system,and exploring the integration of development with the Internet,so as to improve the effectiveness of life education of college students in the new era.In addition,although the relevant research report on the current situation of College Students’ life education curriculum won the third prize of the 17 th "Challenge Cup" National Science and Technology College of extra-curricular academic competition works,it is well aware that there are still many deficiencies,such as the research methods still need to be improved,and the richness of research samples also needs to be further improved,which is also the direction of efforts in the
