In recent years,the phenomenon of college students commit suicide is frequent,which shows that the students' perception of life is poor,the concept of life education is weak,and the society has paid more and more attention to life education.At present,the life education is rich in theoretical research,but the specific operational research is less,and the feasible plan for the life education of college students is even more rare.Therefore,the empirical study of college students' life education is very important and urgent.In view of this situation,this study takes the life education of college students as the breakthrough point,and analyzes the definition,connotation and content of life education and life education of college students.The life education is analyzed at home and abroad,and the life education,life education of college students And the similarities and differences between the ideological and political education,and explores the relationship between college students' life education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities.At the same time,with the new dancing treatment as a means,using the experimental method,questionnaires,interviews and other research methods,conducted a January "Dance of Life" dancing treatment group activities.The aim of this study is to combine the dancing therapy with the life education in the ideological and political education,find the fitting point between the dancing therapy and the life education of college students,and design a set of dancing treatment program with the theme of life education for college students,and carry out the program implementation and questionnaire evaluation,interview feedback,data measurement and analysis.Through the experiment,it is proved that the dancing therapy is effective in the life education of college students,which shows that the dancing therapy has an objective and subjective effect on the life education of college students.At the same time,it provides a set of activities for college students' life education and ideological and political education And to provide new ideas and methods for the ideological and political education of college students,and to explore the contents of the dancing treatment for the development of dancing therapy in China.
