Correlation Analysis And Development Trend Of Industrial Structure And Employment Structure In Zhengbianluoxin Area

Employment is fundamental to people’s livelihood,and the issue of employment has a bearing on economic development and social harmony and stability.Since China’s reform and opening up,along with the development of social economy,industrial structure and employment structure of our country have great changes have taken place.But,the three times industry employment and gradually began to appear unbalanced problem of industrial development,employment structure problem increasingly prominent,has become an important factor of regional economic and social harmonious development,the research has important realistic meaning in the problems of employment structure.This paper studies the relationship between industrial structure and employment structure in Zhengbianluoxin area and predicts the adjustment coefficient of industrial structure and employment structure in the future,studies their relationship,and further puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the coordinated development of employment structure in Zheng bianluoxin area.The main research contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the grey relational degree model,this paper calculates the relational degree of industrial structure and employment structure in Zhengbianluoxin area in the past 12 years,empirically analyzes the relational relationship between industrial structure and employment structure and the existing problems of employment structure.(2)A least-squares support vector regression model based on sparrow search algorithm is constructed,and the industrial structure adjustment coefficient and employment structure of cities in Zhengbianluoxin area are predicted in the future.Experimental results show that compared with ANN,SVR and LSSVR models,SSA-LSSVR model has higher prediction accuracy.(3)Based on the least squares support vector regression model based on sparrow search algorithm,this paper predicts the industrial structure adjustment coefficient and employment structure of cities in Zhengbianluoxin area from 2021 to 2025.The grey relational degree model is used to calculate the relational degree of industrial structure and employment structure in Zhengbianluoxin area,and the comparison with the historical data is analyzed,and the optimization measures are put forward for the coordinated development of industrial structure and employment structure in various cities in Zhengbianluoxin area.
