Research On The Relationship Between Population Structure And Economic Development In Northeast China

In the process of economic and social development,the country's population structure and economic development are inextricably linked.Changes in the demographic structure will affect people's changes in their material needs and thus have an impact on the total economy.The industrial distribution can also be adjusted according to the changes in the population structure,so as to meet people's needs for material and cultural life and increase the total economic output.Therefore,we must adjust the industrial structure according to changes in the population structure to adapt to changes in the population structure,so that the economy will have further growth.Based on the strategy of comprehensively revitalizing the northeast old industrial base proposed by the Party Central Committee and the State Council,this paper analyzes the spatial-temporal evolution and current status of population distribution and economic development in Northeast China,and discovers that the economic growth rate in Northeast China has gradually slowed down.Problems such as getting old before getting rich and unreasonable industrial structure.To address the above issues,the spatial consistency of population distribution,industrial distribution,and economic development in Northeast China is studied by calculating population economic consistency and deviation coefficient and industrial location entropy coefficient,and using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis;34 cities in Northeast China were selected as research objects,and an econometric model and a grey relational model were established to analyze the relationship between population structure and economic development in Northeast China.The results show that,first,the cultural structure and industrial structure of the population have a significant role in promoting economic growth and contribute more to economic growth;while the sex structure of the population has a significant inhibitory effect on economic growth,ie,when the sex ratio of the population is unbalanced,It will seriously affect the development of the regional economy.Second,the population structure system of Northeast China has a high degree of coupling with the economic development system;in the population agency system,the population's culture,industry,urban and rural areas,and age all have a high correlation with the economic development system,and the culture and industrial structure are Growth has a significant boost.In the economic development system,the economic structure and the distribution of resources have high correlations with population industrial institutions and cultural structures,respectively.According to the results of the model,this paper proposes the following suggestions for the economic growth of the Northeast region and the rationalization of population and industrial structure: promote the implementation of new family planning,improve the security system for the elderly population,implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,increase investment in education,and improve the quality of the population;The old industrial bases in the northeast have realized the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure;continued elimination of gender preference issues,ensuring that the sex ratio is always within a reasonable range;and promoting the development of new urbanization while improving people's livelihood security.
