| The implementation of nine-year compulsory education has effectively promoted the fairness of the starting point. However, with the improvement of the education level of the whole people, the needs of the people have changed from " having learning" to " good learning".In the current and future period, the fairness of the educational process has become a prominent issue. The imbalance of educational development between urban and rural areas and the low overall level of rural education are the shortest factors affecting the balanced development of national education.Based on the new education service model of "Internet +Education",the synchronous classrooms built with Internet technology realize the sharing path of regional high-quality education, and provide practical support for improving the situation of unbalanced education and weak teachers in rural weak schools.Since 2014,H province has become one of the pilot provinces for synchronous classrooms in primary and secondary schools. After practical exploration, the pilot rural weak schools not only improve the quality of teaching, but also bring about the mutual transfer and integration of cultures between regions. However, due to the remote virtual nature of the synchronous classroom, the collaboration between two teachers is more complicated than that in the environment. The teacher’s job responsibilities still remain in the traditional classroom stereotype of "whoever lectures, who is responsible".It is a matter of course to take the load of work;at the same time, the marginal status of auxiliary teachers, the lack of professional value, the lack of communication between main and auxiliary teachers, and the lack of school support will make the two sides less willing to cooperate, which will affect the enthusiasm of the two-teacher cooperation, and make the cooperation more difficult. The effect is greatly reduced. This study,on the basis of relevant literature collection and sorting,in 2021 to H province 13 schools in urban and rural synchronous classroom, using questionnaire survey and interview method, around personal will, peer and auxiliary teachers, school support, competence, teachers, collaboration six dimensions, select 35 primary and secondary school teachers for questionnaire survey, and six teachers, six school administrators and two education department director.According to the survey results, the problems existing in H are mainly reflected in the neglect of some schools, difficult motivation, unclear responsibilities, random teaching and research activities, lack of communication. Finally, combined with the actual situation, the targeted countermeasures are put forward from the improvement of the management and incentive mechanism, the standardization of teaching and research and training, and the communication between the two teachers. |
