The unbalanced distribution of educational resources restricts the development of education in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to a certain extent.Primary schools,as the beginning of compulsory education,play a fundamental role in the overall learning career of students.At this stage,students not only for learning knowledge after laying a good foundation,but this Period is also an important stage for students to develop good study habits.However,the differences in economy and geography among the Provinces make the educational resources in the Province relatively backward and uneven.In order to improve the quality of education in remote areas and Promote the circulation and sharing of high-quality education and teaching resources in these remote areas,in 2012,the Ministry of Education,at the symposium on the Pilot Project of national education informatization,propose for the first time the development of simultaneous special delivery classes.With the outbreak of the epidemic in 2020,the traditional education model can no longer meet the current school education situation,making people more aware of the importance of online teaching,the development of the "Internet plus Education" model is more urgent.All regions have explored and carried out a new education model of "suspension of classes without suspension of learning",and the special delivery classroom has a new living soil.The application of synchronous special delivery classroom is a new mode of "Internet Plus" in audio-visual education,which solves the Problem of uneven opening and Poor quality of compulsory education.Since the construction of "three classes" in Guangxi in 2020,the special delivery class has been implemented for more than two years.But after more than two years of Progress,what is the application of P County Synchronous Express Classroom in Primary school teaching,whether it has played the expected teaching effect,what are the existing Problems,and how to develop the Express Classroom in the future are the main issues of this Paper.This article mainly uses the literature analysis,the classroom observation,the questionnaire survey and the interview law and so on to Guilin P County elementary school special delivery classroom teaching effect and the Present situation carries on the analysis and the research.Based on the existing literature and Pedagogical Principles,this Paper compiles a questionnaire for teachers participating in the classroom of P County,which is distributed throughout P County.The following conclusions were reached:1.The Teaching Mode of Synchronous Special Delivery Class in P County Primary School of Guilin City has achieved some resultsThrough the analysis of the questionnaire of P County,Guilin City,and the observation of the classroom and the interview after class,we know that P County has achieved good results after more than two years of efforts and Practice.2.There are still some Problems in the teaching mode of synchronous special delivery classroom in P County,Guilin CityDue to the short time of "Three Classes" in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,the teaching Practice of special delivery classes in Guilin City is not long either.These include:Problems with teachers: first,Possible Problems with equipment,such as network fluctuations and equipment restrictions;teachers’ Problems: less collaboration in classroom teaching,almost no communication after class,and the value of auxiliary teachers is not reflected;Problems in teaching: Poor interaction between teachers and students,insignificant effect,non-convergence of curriculum arrangements,and more time spent;and finally,imperfect evaluation and management mechanisms.These Problems have more or less affected the P County Express classroom teaching.And the reasons for the Plight of P County Simultaneous Express Classroom Mode are as follows: young teachers are few,talent shortage;teacher role Positioning is vague;3.We should take some measures to optimize the teaching effect of Guilin P County Primary School Synchronous Express ClassroomAccording to the existing Problems and the actual teaching situation of P County,the article Points out the following optimization measures: first,strengthening the construction of infrastructure;second,improving the teaching ability of teachers,including: adapting to the change of teachers’ role,clarifying the division of labor,enhancing the sense of cooperation between the two sides,and communicating in time;third,solving the Problems encountered in teaching: strengthening the interaction between students and between teachers and students,and optimizing the teaching structure;fourth,improving the evaluation and management mechanism,teacher evaluation and incentive measures,and carrying out targeted training.Through these methods to optimize the P County Primary School Simultaneous Express classroom teaching results.
