The balance of basic education is an important task of China's current educational development.However,at present,there are still many difficulties and pain points in realizing the high-quality and balanced development of basic education,such as the problems of insufficient courses and poor courses in rural teaching points.Synchronous classroom as a special form of distance education,using network information technology,to achieve “Point-to-point”or “Point-to-many”real-time online live interactive teaching,it is expected to be an important way to solve the problem of educational balance.To this end,Zhejiang Province in August 2018 issued the “Zhejiang compulsory education schools,urban and rural hand in hand,synchronous classroom”pilot work program,and in March 2019,it officially launched the “Internet + Education”twinning support,spreading out synchronous network classes in both urban and rural areas in Zhejiang province.After nearly two years of practical exploration,synchronous classroom has been carried out smoothly and achieved some results.This study takes the implementation of urban-rural synchronous classroom in Zhejiang Province as the starting point,takes the primary school front-line teachers of urban-rural pairing schools in 6 prefecture level cities under the jurisdiction of Zhejiang Province as the survey object,explores the current situation of the implementation of urban-rural synchronous classroom and the problems existing in the implementation of urban-rural synchronous classroom in Zhejiang Province through the investigation method of empirical research,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies.Combined with "qualitative + quantitative" research method,the research determines the research tools such as questionnaire and interview outline around the three dimensions of the external environment of urban and rural synchronous classroom,the acceptance of teachers and teaching operation,and carries out the method of "online questionnaire survey + offline field investigation",so as to deeply grasp the current situation of urban-rural synchronous classroom implementation.The results of the research are as follows: In terms of theexternal environment of urban-rural synchronous classroom: the hardware and software equipment are basically equipped,but its equipment function is not perfect,The organization and management of urban and rural synchronous classroom is relatively orderly,but the overall planning of curriculum needs to be strengthened;In terms of the acceptance of teacher,teachers have a positive attitude towards urban and rural synchronous classroom,and basically have the ability of synchronous classroom learning and application,but teachers' information literacy and information technology integration and application ability are weak;In terms of the operation of synchronous classroom teaching in urban and rural areas,the operation of synchronous classroom teaching is basically smooth,and the interaction and communication before,during and after class are realized.However,there are still some problems,such as the differentiation of willingness,poor communication,weak practical reflection,and difficult to play the role of teaching assistance.Aiming at the current situation and difficulties of synchronous classroom,this paper puts forward relevant optimization strategies: improve the construction of synchronous classroom environment and strengthen the technical support of software and hardware resources;improve the long-term mechanism of synchronous classroom and strengthen the orderly governance of synchronous classroom;strengthen the training of synchronous classroom teachers and improve their value identification and application ability;innovate the operation form of synchronous classroom teaching and enhance the interaction and cooperation between teachers and students and teachers.
