| The spirit of arduous struggle is a fine tradition contained in the spiritual pedigree of the Communist Party of China.It is the spiritual support for the Communist Party of China to lead the people to overcome the enemy and overcome all difficulties.At present,standing in a new historical position and starting point of the times,to solve the problems of China’s economic and social development and achieve the goal of building a socialist modern power,it is more necessary for the party and the people to practice the spirit of arduous struggle.College students in the new era are the main force of the construction of the socialist cause.The golden age of their life is consistent with the realization of the Chinese Dream,which determines that they should shoulder the responsibility of the times,work hard,struggle tirelessly,dare to contribute,meet the test of the new era with an upward and promising attitude,and help realize their great dreams.The spirit of arduous struggle has the characteristics of the times,and its connotation is constantly enriched with the development of the times.The spirit of arduous struggle of college students in the new era is mainly manifested in the excellent study style of diligence and innovation,the life style of diligence and thrift and rational consumption,the labor concept of steadfast and hard work and unremitting struggle,and the feelings of family and country of bravely shouldering heavy responsibilities and being willing to contribute.Cultivating the spirit of arduous struggle for college students can provide positive guidance for college students,which is not only conducive to promoting the growth of college students,forming a good social fashion,but also conducive to the great cause of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.At the same time,the cultivation of college students’ spirit of arduous struggle also continues to draw theoretical nutrients from the thought of arduous struggle in Chinese excellent traditional culture and Communist Party of China.The spirit of arduous struggle is an essential will quality of college students.Through the investigation of college students by means of questionnaire and interview,it is found that the current college students’ spirit of arduous struggle is generally in a good situation,and most college students agree with the spirit of arduous struggle and can actively practice it.However,due to the influence of internal factors of college students and external factors such as colleges and universities,families and society,some college students’ spirit of arduous struggle has some problems,such as utilitarian goal of arduous struggle,slackness of will of arduous struggle,insufficient externalization of spirit of arduous struggle and so on.To strengthen the cultivation of college students’ spirit of arduous struggle and implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,we should explore the feasible countermeasures from the aspects of paying attention to theoretical education,strengthening practical education and creating a good environment.Firstly,we can deepen college students’ cognition of the spirit of arduous struggle by strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs,the education of party history and national conditions,frustration education and thrift education;Secondly,we can strengthen the awareness of arduous struggle of college students by promoting labor practice education,innovation and entrepreneurship education,and red culture experience education;Finally,we can create a good cultivation atmosphere by improving the family education environment,strengthening college education and optimizing the social education environment,so as to guide college students to actively practice the spirit of arduous struggle. |
