Research On The Mechanism Of Generating And Fostering The Spirit Of Struggle Among College Students In The New Era

Struggle is an excellent culture accumulated by mankind over millions of years,and the spirit of struggle,as the spiritual pillar of the struggle process,has been inherited and carried forward by countless generations in our country,and it has walked side by side with our great Chinese nation over such a long period of time,constantly adapting to the changes of the times and forging ahead.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and under the leadership of the CPC,the masses of the new era will struggle hard to achieve the great rejuvenation of the whole nation.The college students in the new era will not only have more new goals,but also face new challenges and new problems.We should be good at dispersing our thinking,transforming what we learn through what we think into a solution to the main contradiction,and discovering new ways to deeply advance the development of the great cause and achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The completion of these tasks is inseparably related to the continuous efforts of the strugglers in the new era.Strengthening the struggle spirit of college students,positively influencing and effectively cultivating them can not only help them build up the belief of struggle,but also help them find the lighthouse that shows the way of struggle,which helps college students realize the value of their life,achieve their purpose of life and accomplish their career and ideal.Under the guidance of Marxism,this paper takes the new-age college students as the research object,summarizes the struggle spirit in them and the cultivation of their struggle spirit,and then carries out the argument according to the idea of "theoretical research-analysis of the current situation-exploration of the path",The research process of this paper can be summarized in the following four parts:The first part is a basic overview study.Through the examination of the young people in the new era,we found that people in different upbringing have different requirements for themselves in different age groups because they are in different classes,and each person has a different understanding of the spirit of struggle,and they struggle in different ways.Such as diligent study of cultural knowledge,the courage to pioneer and innovate in work,the courage to take up the responsibility of the times to build a great river and mountain,these are the shining points of the young strugglers in the new era.In the new historical period,it is necessary to actively discuss many details of the cultivation work of college students’ striving spirit,put forward new requirements for the cultivation of college students’ striving spirit,understand the progress of the current stage of cultivation work,so as to make a judgment on the operation of colleges and universities,and also constantly modify the content of the part of cultivation work about the purpose of cultivation and guidance work,so as to provide a feasible way for the sustainable development of cultivation work.The second is the study of generation logic and mechanism.Social practice is not a single social work,but consists of many struggles that occur in the process of social work.Its formation is closely related to the theoretical adherence to Marx’s idea of struggle,the continuation and inheritance of the fine Chinese traditional culture,the change and progress of each batch of communists’ ideas,and the transmission and innovation of college students’ struggle spirit.In the case of college students,the generation of their striving spirit is not only influenced by external factors such as educational environment,faculty strength and institutional improvement,but also depends on their own inspiration,cognition,emotion,belief and practice to generate,and then in a process of internal and external coupling and spiraling dynamics,their striving spirit takes root in their mind.The third part is a reality-like study.Based on the relevant information and the consideration of buzz words,it is concluded that the overall struggle status of college students in the new era is positive.However,there are also some students who have deviations in their ideological understanding,leading to problems such as slackness of will and failure to implement practices.The reason for this phenomenon is caused by the contradiction between the development requirements of society and the current situation of young people’s struggle,and it is also related to the cultivation of three parties: family,university and society,and the conflict between these two parties will directly affect the physical and mental growth of college students.The fourth part is the study of specific paths.In the face of the current phenomenon of the lack of striving spirit among college students,it is very important to rapidly improve the striving spirit of college students from the perspective of theoreticality,relevance and effectiveness.Only by finding a suitable way to deliver nutrients can we fundamentally solve the problem.Therefore,it is the key to complete the cultivation of college students’ striving spirit by formulating a good cultivation work plan,starting from the four aspects of rational recognition,emotional experience,will perseverance and behavior development,establishing a three-way cooperation among family,college and society,and exercising it in practice.
