Research On Rural Community Asset Construction Strategy From The Perspective Of Empowerment

With the end of targeted poverty alleviation,China has entered the stage of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.The sustained and sound development of the rural economy has become a focus of public concern.We need to make agriculture,rural areas and farmers the top priority of the Party’s work,give priority to agricultural development,promote the transformation and upgrading of the rural industrial structure,and stimulate the vitality of rural production.In order to effectively consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and solve the problem of relative poverty,it is urgent to introduce professionals in rural social work to provide services for rural communities with professional methods and professional concepts and promote the capacity building of farmers,which is of great significance to the practice and development of rural social work in villages in the future.Based on the rural assistance service cooperative of Xinwei Village,Conghua District,Guangzhou City,this paper adopts action research,semi-structured interview and participatory observation method to collect relevant information,and explores the community asset construction strategy of rural assistance service cooperative.Combined with the theory of empowerment,this paper introduces the general situation of Xinwei village and the general situation,establishment and development of social work service projects,expounds the practical effect and the existing weak power dilemma of rural service cooperatives in the construction of community assets,and finally puts forward the asset construction strategy from the perspective of organizational empowerment and reflects on its limitations.The innovation of this paper is to take all the villagers of Xinwei village as the service su bject,and on the premise of respecting the local culture,make full use of external forces to bu ild the organization’s power and capacity in the form of helping farmers and serving cooperati ves,focusing on the empowerment of human organizations.The study found that the difficulti es in the organization construction and service of the cooperative hindered its own developme nt and community construction.Based on the aforementioned difficulties,this paper puts forw ard specific improvement strategies from two aspects of improving the internal construction o f the organization and improving the service capacity of the organization,which is conducive to promoting the revitalization of rural talents and the prosperity of the industry,and gradually solving the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",and provides a reference path f or the development of localized rural social work in the future.
