| Community self-organization is a form of social organization between country,market and family,independent and can independently manage community affairs.It is a social organization formed from bottom-up based on the principle of community members to meet the common needs of the community.With the modernization of social governance system and the advancement of management ability,social governance center of gravity gradually down,the community organization as a member of society to participate in social governance platform,in providing community services,expand residents’participation,cultivate residents participation consciousness and independent consciousness,promote community harmony plays an increasingly important effect.Therefore,how to cultivate the community self-organization that can self-maintain,self-develop and drive the community members to participate in the community governance has become an important direction of the current social grassroots governance research.Social work in the community organization cultivation has strong professional advantages,through the use of group,case,community professional work methods,mobilize community members,stimulate individual participation consciousness,improve individual participation ability,link external resources,guide community participation,from two aspects of internal motivation and external thrust,realize the bud of community organization to sustainable development.At present,the research on social work intervention in community self-organization cultivation is more about the summary of the specific mode of social work intervention,and rarely analyzes the intervention approach and action logic of social work cultivation in community self-organization from the perspective of empowerment and power enhancement.Based on this,this paper selects G community self-organization as the research object,using the method of case study,through the whole process of social work to cultivate "community environment help",using participatory observation,depth interview to collect data,based on the perspective of empowerment theory,the empowerment between social workers and the logic of analysis,and answer how social work through different levels of empowerment action successful community self-organization this core problem,and summarizes the core elements of social work in self-organization cultivation.It is found that the process of social work intervention in self-organization cultivation is essentially a dynamic process of empowerment to individuals,organizations and communities.In the process,the empowerment actions at different stages are interlinked and complement each other,and the goals in different stages in self-organization cultivation can be completed with the realization of empowerment goals.first,Social workers through the awareness of community residents’ rights,community participation ability training,self-efficacy improvement and other strategies,To realize the empowerment of individual community residents,The promotion of residents’ rights awareness and ability is the budding soil of self-organization;next,Social workers work to guide community residents to build support platforms and networks,Carry out self-organized power training and construction actions,To achieve organizational empowerment goals,At the same time,it has also achieved the cultivation goal of self-organization capacity building;last,Social workers to participate in community governance by promoting self-organization,Promote the expansion and maturity of self-organization,Community residents are involved in community governance through self-organization,The level of community autonomy is improved,Realize community empowerment;Among them,Empowerment of social work over individuals,Improve the subjectivity of the community residents,At the core position of the whole social work to cultivate self-organization action,When the realization of individual empowerment,Community residents’ awareness and ability have been enhanced,It forms the thrust of self-organized development from within,And the society... |
