| With the advent of the information era, online education has developed rapidly. However,it still faces many challenges, such as the high dropout rate of online learning. Therefore, this paper adopts a step-by-step approach to explore: from user participation to continuous intention to continuous behavior.Taking Chinese MOOCs as an example, this research aims to explore the factors that influence the users’ participation and continuous use of online education platform from both internal and external aspects: first, from the outside, how the page elements of online education platform affect users’ participation; How teaching quality and platform quality affect users’ continuous intention to use;Secondly, from the inside of users, how the characteristics and structure of users’ course network affect their continuous learning behavior. This paper adopted empirical research and quantitative analysis and collected information of 713 MOOCs courses,604 questionnaires and 2,235 MOOCs users to conduct the research and analysis. The results show that the elements that can show the course quality in MOOCs course page will be paid more attention. And the quality of teachers and platforms will affect the intention of continuous use. Finally,if the diversity and centrality of users’ curriculum network is greater, their continuous learning behavior will be longer. |
