The rapid development of online open courses has effectively compensated for the shortcomings of traditional classrooms, and it also has combined with traditional classrooms to form a mixed teaching model between online and offline. However,in the open online course, the phenomenon of withdrawal of students halfway through the course has not yet been solved, which has always been the focus of researchers and government agencies. In order to achieve the long-term goal of sustainable development of open online courses, the implementation of credit certification system has become a powerful measure in colleges and universities. Some pilot universities try to add some online open courses to students' credit management training system, and hope to improve the students' continuous participation and completion rate of the course to help enhance their knowledge and academic level. At the same time, online learners' satisfaction level,as the cumulative effect variable of learning assessment and the process evaluation element of teaching support service,is an important dimension to measure the learning performance improvement and personnel training and development, and is the key to the sustainable development of online courses.Based on this, the article cuts in from the perspective of learner satisfaction, combines the customer satisfaction theory model with the technology acceptance model, and introduces motivational incentives and subjective normative variables to construct a research model that influences students' continuous learning in the online open curriculum, and investigate students who have already completed more than one online open course, and studies the relationship between learning process experience and learning behavior results. At the same time,it attempts to analyze the interrelationship between various factors, and grasp the effective path of online open courses to better build online open courses and solve related problems. This article mainly discusses six chapters. The first chapter describes the research background, problems and significance, and forms a research framework and technical route. The second chapter reviews the concepts of online open courses, customer satisfaction theory and technology acceptance model, and it's domestic and foreign research. The third chapter analyzes the eight factors that affect students' continuous learning in online open courses, puts forward research hypotheses, builds hypothesis models, and designs the survey questionnaires. The fourth chapter is mainly to issue and collect questionnaires, and uses SPSS and AMOS software to analyze the collected data to verify and correct the theoretical model. The fifth chapter through the analysis of the research process, draws relevant conclusions and propose improvements. The sixth chapter is the summary of this article, limitations and prospects of the study. The results show that in terms of quality factors, stable and beautiful in the course platform and novel in content of "the objective quality",and needs consistency and perceived trust of the "consistency of quality" have a great influence on the continuous learning of learners. As for the intervention factors, the credits influence of "subjective norms" and the attention and satisfaction of "motivation incentives" have a greater impact on learner's continuous learning. In the aspect of experience-based perception, curriculum resources is inspiring of "perceived usefulness" and the emotional and cognitive factors of "perceived value" have a greater impact on learner's continuous learning. On the learning outcomes factors,"learner satisfaction" in the behavioral and psychological measures are more sustained learning of learners influences. The relationship of latent variables in the model includes:objective quality has a significant positive impact on perceived value;perceived quality has a significant positive impact on perceived usefulness and perceived value;perceived usefulness has a significant positive impact on perceived value;motivation incentive has a significant positive impact on learner satisfaction;learner satisfaction has a significant positive impact on continuous learning;subjective norms has a significant positive impact on continuous learning.Among them, motivation indirectly affects continuous learning through affecting learner satisfaction, and subjective norms has the strongest effect on continuing learning, followed by learner satisfaction. In addition, perceived quality and perceived usefulness also have a significant impact on learner satisfaction.
