With the development of theories related to smart technology and online learning,the scale of online education and the number of users have grown rapidly.In 2020,COVID-19 has also brought unprecedented opportunities to the development of online education.In the post-epidemic era,online education has also moved from an emergency to a“new normal”.However,many problems have been exposed in the large-scale application of online education.The core problem is the low investment of learners in online learning and the high dropout rate.The reason behind this is the low continuous willingness of learners to learn online.Compared with further expanding the scale of online education,increasing learners’ continuous willingness to learn online can better enable online education to achieve long-term development.On the basis of reading relevant literature and investigating the practice of online courses,this research uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and structural equation modeling to study the influencing factors of online learning continuation intention and its promotion strategies.This research mainly involves two aspects.On the one hand,it is the research on the factors affecting the continuous willingness of online learning.First,starting from the flow theory,UTAUT model and information system success model,select the four core variables of UTAUT model performance expectation,effort expectation,social influence,and convenience conditions;extract two variables of information quality and system quality from the information system success model;From the flow theory,the three variables of goal clarity,timeliness of interactive feedback,and matching of challenges and skills are extracted.Based on the above,a hypothetical model of influencing factors of online learning continuous willingness is constructed.Based on the existing maturity scales at home and abroad,combined with the constructed hypothesis model of the factors affecting the continuous willingness of online learning,a questionnaire on the factors affecting the continuous willingness of online learning is designed.Then take learners with online learning experience as the survey objects,and issue and collect questionnaires.Finally,based on the collected data,AMOS software is used to verify the hypothesis model,and a model of factors affecting the continuous willingness of online learning is obtained.On the other hand,based on the influencing factor model proposed in this research,research on the continuous willingness improvement strategy of online learning is carried out.From the perspectives of online learners,online courses,and online platforms,a strategy for continuous willingness improvement of online learning is proposed.They are: comprehensive use of online learning incentive mechanisms to enhance learners’ performance expectations;constructing a physical space conducive to online learning and optimizing convenience factors;optimizing the design of course content to improve the quality of information received by learners;goal-oriented evaluation of learning effects design to enhance the clarity of learner goals;enhance platform stability,expand platform functions,and improve system quality;analyze learner data to provide personalized learning services,and improve the matching of challenges and skills.
