| The phenomenon of "classroom silence" of primary school students refers to the state of silence and aphasia in teaching,accompanied by non-participation or non-response,when teachers ask questions or discuss with students.It is a kind of "non-verbal communication behavior".China’s Education Modernization 2035 points out that improving the quality of education promotes equity in education.The phenomenon of "classroom silence" of primary school students increases in frequency,which will reduce the quality of teaching and inhibit the development of educational fairness.The author mainly adopts literature method,investigation method and classroom observation method to carry out the research.Based on the collected data,using SPSS25.0software data on the phenomenon of pupil’s silence KMO and bartley sphericity test,the sample clustering and related data analysis,with the motivation of "silence" class and specification,duration and intensity,type and form,feedback and evaluation four aspects for dimensional analysis of the status quo,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,Transform students’ "silence in class" phenomenon,promote students to return to class,actively speak and interact.From the perspective of Neumann’s "silence spiral",combined with the existing researches on "classroom silence",the author analyzes the main causes of "classroom silence" among primary school students from four aspects: the prevalence of "communication delimitation",the improper "quasi-sensory statistics",the spread of "peer pressure" and the authority restraint of "pre-simile culture".Accordingly,the author proposes to adjust the classroom field: to ensure that students from "leave" to "return";Break group pressure: let peer group from "exclusion" to "cohesion";Building a community of exchanges: The process of exchanges moves from "one-way output" to "two-way interaction";Face up to their differences: help self-cognition from "attachment" to "autonomy" and integrate into the life world;transform students’ "classroom silence" from "narrow" to "free" communication background,improve teaching effect,efficiency and benefit,and promote the fair development of education. |
