| Family farm is an important carrier of China’s agricultural transformation,which is of great significance to the realization of all-round upgrading of agricultural production in China.This research take the practice of Family farm in Hubei province as the object of study,and analyzes the formation mechanism from the perspective of peasant differentiation,and then explore the role of the social power from the bottom in promoting the agricultural transformation in respond to the national and market dominance theory of agricultural transformation.The study found that the family farm is essentially the result of the differentiation of the peasant,the combined force of the peasant differentiation and the socialized country-market lead to the family farm.First of all,farmers spontaneously adjust the production relations to adapt to the development of productive force in China through the land cognitive differentiation,life cycle differentiation and the concept differentiation.These three differentiation mechanisms concentrate the land and promote the village land transfer order from the human moral to the market order.Second,the force of the state and the market as an external macro-pull don’t directly effect the family farm,but through the practical and operational social force transformed by the cooperative organization,and then lead to the formation of new professional farmers and the “social market”.These two forces,which are both fit and tense,lead to the family farm.The family farm itself is experiencing a process of “removing the traditional farming”.Based on these,I believe that the agricultural transformation dominated by the state and the market neglect the hidden social forces from the bottom,and this force also play an important role in agricultural translation.Thus,we can not simply emphasize the role of national and market intervention,but also consider the force of the peasant differentiation.Only combine the state power,the market and the social power,can we realize the agricultural transformation smoothly. |
