| Issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers have always been fundamental issues concerning people’s livelihood.They are not only the cornerstone of stable economic development,but also closely related to national stability and social harmony.Agricultural modernization is the direction and key work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" to achieve high quality development,but it is also a weak link at the present stage.It is difficult to realize the balance between agricultural modernization and farmer development.At the same time,influenced by the siphon effect of urbanization development,a large number of rural labor force works in cities,which restricts the quality and quantity of agricultural labor force for high-quality development.Agricultural socialization service is not only an important way to improve farmers’ agricultural production capacity,but also an effective means to promote farmers’ income and a basic way to achieve the goal of making agriculture powerful.Under the background of the basic national conditions of land fragmentation management,agricultural socialization service is an effective channel to accelerate the integration of traditional small farmers with modern agriculture and upgrade to modern small farmers.Therefore,we must fit the characteristics of agricultural labor force development to improve the agricultural socialization service system.Henan Province is one of the national grain core production areas,grain output and sown area are firmly in the forefront of the country,playing a pivotal role in the national agricultural development.Therefore,this paper takes Henan Province as the study area,analyzes the development status of agricultural socialized services,and further explores how labor force allocation influences the adoption of agricultural socialized services by farmers and the role played by the differentiation of farmers,so as to clarify the effective path to promote the development process of agricultural modernization in the study area.This paper takes wheat and corn farmers as the research object,based on 613 field survey data in Henan Province,and according to the research idea of "allocation of agricultural labor force-farmers’ demand for agricultural socialized services-farmers’ adoption behavior of agricultural socialized services-adjustment of farmers’ differentiation",scientifically defines agricultural labor force,farmers’ differentiation,agricultural socialized services and other related concepts involved in this paper.This paper uses the theory of planned behavior,the theory of specialized division of labor,and the theory of induced technological change to construct the theoretical analysis framework of this paper.Firstly,a large number of domestic and foreign literatures on agricultural socialized services are read to sort out the existing research progress.Secondly,it analyzed the development status of regional agricultural socialized services,sorted out the main motivations and contradictions affecting the adoption of agricultural socialized services by farmers,and sorted out the relationship between the allocation of agricultural labor force and the adoption of agricultural socialized services.Thirdly,combined with relevant theories,the ordered Probit model and multiple linear model were constructed to explore the influence of agricultural labor force allocation on the adoption decision and adoption level of agricultural socialized services.Then,the moderating effect of farmer household differentiation on adoption decision-making and adoption level model is further clarified.Finally,based on the regional background and research conclusions,relevant policy suggestions and future research prospects are formed.According to the research logic and empirical results of this paper,the following conclusions can be drawn: first,the aging of agricultural labor force is serious,the gender structure is relatively balanced,wage income is the most important economic source,and farmers are mainly divided into part-time farmers and non-farmers.Farmers’ demand for capital-intensive services and their adoption rate are relatively high,while their demand for labor-intensive services and their adoption rate are relatively low.The socialized agricultural service market still needs to be further standardized,organized and systematized.Secondly,the feminization of aging and single factor aging and feminization in the allocation of agricultural labor force will promote farmers’ decisions on the adoption of agricultural socialized services.As the degree of feminization of aging labor allocation becomes higher,the probability of selecting 1-6 agricultural socialized services presents an "S" shape,among which the adoption of 3 and 4 socialized services is the watershed of adoption behavior caused by the change of the degree of feminization of aging labor allocation.Thirdly,the feminization of aging and single factor aging and feminization in the allocation of agricultural labor force will promote the level of farmers’ adoption of agricultural socialized services.The adoption level of agricultural socialized service increases 33.3% when the degree of aging feminization of agricultural labor force allocation increases by 1 unit.Fourthly,the differentiation of peasant households inhibited the adoption decision and adoption level of agricultural labor force allocation to agricultural socialized services.Fifth,women and the elderly become the main body of agricultural production is the economic demand with livelihood pressure derived from the quality of agricultural labor and agricultural production of farmers with a high degree of differentiation of the practical problems of insufficient investment.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper aims to improve the agricultural socialized service market,improve the service adoption rate,formulate differentiated policies and systems,guide farmers to adopt socialized service in various ways,innovate agricultural production and management mode,release rural labor force,strengthen the construction of grassroots talents,attach importance to the talent training of young professional farmers,and attach importance to the standardized management of socialized service industry.To
