| In order to promote the continuous development of Xinjiang’s social economy and education and realize the strategic decision-making goal of China’s Western Campaign,the state has successively issued various assistance policies for Xinjiang in recent years.Among them,the establishment of the Xinjiang high school class in the Mainland is an important measure.In the past 20 years,many Xinjiang teenagers have been trained to return from their studies,and they have fed back their hometowns and built their hometowns.The number of this group has formed a certain scale,and they are collectively referred to as the graduates of the inner high class returning to Xinjiang,which is the research object of this paper.In the past,the research on the Class mainly discussed the students’ learning and ideological behavior in school,and paid less attention to the life trajectory of this group after graduation.This study attempts to make up for it to some extent.Missing on such topics.Based on this,some possible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the social integration of college graduates from high-level classes returning to Xinjiang after returning to Xinjiang,and provide for the development of education in Xinjiang and the improvement of economic level.This research takes the real experience of the ethnic minority group inland Xinjiang high school graduates returning to Xinjiang as the starting point.The official start of field investigation is June 2021.Due to the impact of the epidemic,this group is mainly conducted in-depth through online platforms.Interviews and observations.The interviewees included a total of 15 ethnic minority college graduates who returned to Xinjiang after graduating from universities in Urumqi,Ili,Kashgar and Hotan,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.In-depth study of their life trajectories based on their real life experiences after returning to Xinjiang.The theoretical framework of this paper is specifically constructed based on Giddens’ self-identification theory and Jonathan’s process role theory,that is,how individuals identify themselves and integrate into society after experiencing incoherent life courses.Logically,the life trajectories of ethnic minority inland Xinjiang high school graduates returning to Xinjiang are divided into two parts: before returning to Xinjiang and after returning to Xinjiang.The research before returning to Xinjiang mainly focuses on the reasons that led to this group returning to Xinjiang.These include attachment to family and land relations,divisions caused by cultural differences,and the inertia of living customs.It is the various incompatibility before returning to Xinjiang that led to the decision to return to Xinjiang by university graduates from high school classes in Xinjiang from the inland ethnic minorities,which leads to the living conditions of this group after returning to Xinjiang.This part mainly focuses on the difficulties and difficulties encountered in the economic,cultural,social interaction,psychological and social environment levels during the process of social integration of the graduates from the Xinjiang high school classes in the inland ethnic minorities returning to Xinjiang after returning to Xinjiang.Through the author’s summary and in-depth analysis,the author puts forward corresponding opinions and strategies at the level of economy,culture and social interaction,and also provides guidance for the local government to guide the graduates of the ethnic minorities who return to Xinjiang to smoothly integrate into the local society. |
