Holding the Inland High School Classes of Xinjiang (hereafter termed domestic highschool) is the major initiative of our country to use the high quality educational resources ofthe inland, to promote the leap frog development of Xinjiang education and cultivate moreethnic minority talents in Xinjiang, meanwhile promoting the communication of the two-waystudents, the implementation of the west development strategy and the strategy ofinvigorating the country through science, and strengthening the national unity. The domestichigh school was set in September2000, and recruited1000students every year, and to2010,the number of applicants of the domestic high school has been over40000and the enrollment6378; the cities of holding the domestic high school has been increased from12to36, and theschools13to66; the school scale has been expending constantly and the level of runningschool increased continuously, and gained remarkable achievement and had a positive socialeffect. But, there are still exists a series of problems in the aspect of the education and trainingand management of Students of domestic high school, which hinders the next improvement ofthe enterprise of the education of the domestic high school. For the time being, there are notmuch correlation studies in this aspect in our country, and most of it is the schools and theeducational workers who did the summary of educational practice, the report of educationalachievement and the macroscopic educational countermeasures and so on; how to track outeffective way of education and training and management, to guarantee the achievement of thelevel of education of the students of domestic high school and the original intention ofholding domestic high school against this background of cross-regional and cross-culture, isthe problem which worth thinking and concerning in future study.The text is beginning with the present situation analysis of the education and training andmanagement of students of domestic high school, discussing if the students of domestic highschool adapt to the study and life in the inland, and if the present way of education andtraining and management of schools is applicable, which questions need to be solved andwhat is the causes of the problems and so on, and give some corresponding countermeasureand suggestion to the results of analysis above through the collation, analysis and summary ofquestionnaires.
