A Study On The Centennial Compilation History Of Hongmen Banquet

"Hongmen banquet" is a relatively independent fragment of Sima Qian’s "historical records · Xiangyu Benji".It is one of the most important and wonderful chapters in "historical records".It is a well-known masterpiece in China for 2000 years.Over the past century,more than 20 textbooks have included it.It is proposed to adopt the literature research method,comparative research method and reduction method,analyze the similarities and differences between the selected Hongmen banquet textbooks in the text selection content,arrangement method and student aid system,combined with the impact of the curriculum standards,summarize their change trends,analyze the reasons for different treatment of the same text between the textbooks,and explore the enlightenment to the current historical biography classical Chinese teaching.Through the research,it is found that the selected texts of various editions of textbooks from 1912 to 1949 included the whole text and the "Hongmen banquet" part;On the whole,the arrangement of the text is becoming more and more reasonable;In terms of the student aid system,only seven of the 14 textbooks contain notes or punctuation notes,and there are no thinking exercises.In this period,teachers’ teaching focus is classical Chinese knowledge.From 1949 to 2020,the selected text of the textbook was fixed as "Hongmen banquet",in which there were slight differences;The purposes of unit arrangement of different versions of textbooks are different;The arrangement of student aid system is becoming more and more reasonable.In the early stage of this period,due to the reasons of the times,the textbooks were mainly selected in vernacular and Soviet literature,and the teachers’ teaching focus was still the teaching of classical Chinese knowledge.In the late stage,they began to pay attention to the cultivation of students’ core literacy,and the teaching focus changed.Based on this,two aspects of teaching enlightenment are obtained: students as the main body,multi angle teaching;In combination with the curriculum standards,carry out group reading teaching,give students the opportunity to read history with their own values,take care of their own lives and guide the future.
