Historical prose plays an important part in Chinese course of the senior high school,and it accounts for an important proportion in Chinese textbook.What's more,historical prose is often adopted as the classical Chinese materials in examinations.However,the teaching contents and forms of the historical prose teaching are in a rut now.This fundamental issue results in students ignoring of this type of writing.Considering the current teaching situation of historical prose,this paper attempts to explore and analyze the teaching strategies of historical prose hongmen banquet from the perspective of its style according to the 2017 edition of Chinese Curriculum Standards for Senior School Students,compulsory textbooks for senior high school students and the learning situation.Also,this paper analyzes the teaching value of historical prose from the aspects of the compilation of historical prose in the compulsory Chinese textbooks for high school students and the college entrance examination.And the paper analyzes the teaching of historical prose with the method of literature research and case study in order to discover the teaching status of historical prose.Therefore,the author takes hongmen banquet as an example and sort out the arrangement of it in different editions of textbooks to analyze its teaching value.In addition,the author collects the published examples of hongmen banquet,with literature study and case study to analyze the problems and causes in the teaching of historical prose from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching contents and teaching methods.Based on the researches and combined with the new curriculum standard of 2017 edition,this paper will analyze the strategies of to ascertain teaching objectives,to select teaching contents and teaching methods in hongmen banquet,and designs a teaching design.From the analysis,The author hopes to improve teachers' and students' stylistic awareness of historical prose and wants to provide new ideas for the teaching of historical prose to improve the inefficiency in learning historical prose,help teachers to develop innovative teaching,improve students' ability to learn classical Chinese and enhance their core competence of Chinese discipline.
