Today,the importance of the education of the history of science further appears.In order to explore the historical changes and disciplinary differences of the education of the history of science in the science curriculum,144 science curriculum standards or syllabus issued by the Ministry of Education since 1902 were selected to analyze the history of science in the middle school curriculum standards or syllabus for a hundred years.On the one hand,it divides the history of science in 1902 into four stages,and then analyzes the characteristics of the changes in the history of science education in the middle school curriculum in China.On the other hand,it sorts out the history of science in the curriculum standards or syllabus of the three science subjects(physics,chemistry and biology),and analyzes the reasons of the differences in the curriculum standards or syllabus of science.The results show that the education of the history of science in China has undergone the stages of germination,exploration,recovery,reconstruction and steady development.The curriculum objectives of the history of science are gradually diversified,and the connotation is also constantly enriched and deepened.The teaching contents of the history of science pay attention to the simplification and comprehensiveness at the same time.The educational suggestions on the history of science begin to help students understand the essence of science,and how to evaluate the education and teaching of the history of science,how to integrate the history of science into the textbook and how to develop and utilize the curriculum resources of the history of science.In addition,the history of science in the curriculum are different in the dimensions of the amount of the history of science,the present position of the history of science,the objective of the curriculum,the content of the history of science and the education suggestions of the history of science.The course of biology first lays stress on the educational significance of the history of science.Since the 21 st century,the curriculum of physics and chemistry has also begun to attach importance to the educational significance of the history of science.In a word,the educational value of the history of science is being explored.Based on the analysis of the results,a theoretical model of the education of the history of science in the curriculum of science in China is established.In terms of historical change,it is mainly influenced by the international science education reform,the domestic social background and education reform,the scientific educators and the scientific and technological achievements and development trend,etc;in terms of disciplinary difference,it is mainly influenced by the academic background and educational idea of the designers of the curriculum of science,in addition,the characteristics of the discipline will also influence.Based on the above discussion,some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the education of the history of science in the curriculum of science.The specific suggestions are as follows: follow the international development trend,and pay attention to internationalization and localization;optimize the content of the history of science in light of the social era background;carry out education and training on the history of science to improve teachers' awareness of education on the history of science;integrate the history of science into the teaching of science in the light of core accomplishments of disciplines;establish and improve the evaluation mechanism of the education on the history of science to promote the implementation of the education on the history of science;and rationally develop and utilize the curriculum resources of education in history of science.
