| By 2020,the number of educational and training institutions in China had reached3 million,with more than 1.77 million enterprises with a registered capital of less than 2million yuan,making small and medium-sized enterprises the main body of the education and training industry.In order to return education to its essence,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council jointly issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education on July 24,2021(hereinafter referred to as "double Reduction"),which undoubtedly brought a huge impact on the education and training industry.It can be seen that under the environment of educational evaluation reform in the new era,quality-oriented education is gradually stepping into the policy dividend period,and the market orientation is improving.Whether it is head education institutions or small and medium-sized education institutions,they must make business transformation if they want to survive.Obviously,quality-oriented education is a good choice.However,how to reconstruct business model of small and medium-sized education institutions when they turn to quality-oriented education track is an important topic worth discussing.This article is divided into six parts,the local small and medium-sized A education institution as the main research object,combining the theory of business models,such as using the method of inductive research,case analysis,from the perspective of the business model of education and training industry development,through to the enterprise of the industry development present situation,the analysis of the competitive environment,it provides the theory basis for reconstruction for the enterprise business model,Combined with the canvas of business model,the problems faced by educational institution A after the introduction of the "double reduction" policy are sorted out in detail.Meanwhile,according to the analysis of the enterprise’s environment and its own actual situation in the previous part,the new business model reconstruction of quality-oriented education transformation is carried out from the value proposition,customer interface,asset management and financial interface.Through the operation status and empirical analysis of A education institution before and after the transformation,specific strategies are proposed for the current business model.It includes establishing a value proposition with quality-oriented education courses as the core,identifying target customers around this proposition(including 4-10 years old students with quality education curriculum needs,and students with art curriculum of senior high school entrance exams needs),building key businesses focusing on various quality-oriented education courses and providing corresponding after-school services,and establishing multiple online and offline distribution channels,building the core competitiveness of a dedicated team of teachers,which aim to provide feasible suggestions on business model reconstruction for the transformation of other small and medium-sized education and training institutions into quality-oriented education,and provide support for the strategic and directional development of enterprise managers. |
