In China’s fight against theCOVID-19 epidemic,"China’s great spirit of combating the COVID-19 epidemic,which features putting people’s lives first,nationwide solidarity,sacrifice,respecting science,and a sense of mission for humanity".The integration of the spirit into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities in the new era has a multifaceted nourishing effect on firming up the"Four Matters of Confidence",sharpening their national sentiments,cultivating a global vision and achieving all-round development,which can promote the ideological and political education of colleges and universities to strengthen in improvement and improve in innovation,complete the task of establishing moral education with high quality,and continuously enrich The effective way of ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China.The article is entitled "Integrating the Great Spirit of Combating the COVID-19 Epidemic intol Ideological and Political Education of Colleges and Universities in the New Era".First of all,Taking President Xi Jinping’s profound summary of the Great Spirit of Combating the COVID-19 Epidemic as the fundamental,it conducts an in-depth analysis and detailed sorting in conjunction,and on this basis comprehensively and systematically expounds the rich connotation of the spirit,then explains the connotation,function and realization process.Taking Marxist anthropological theory and the basic principles of ideological and political education as the theoretical basis,it expounds the ideological resources of the spirit and analyses the important significance.Secondly,the current situation of the integration of the spirit into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities in the new era was studied in depth through the questionnaire survey method,observation interview method and multidisciplinary comprehensive analysis method,which grasped the basic situation of college students regarding the situation and spirit,discussed the stage achievements in the process of integration,pointed out the problems such as insufficient attention of students,poor education effect of teachers and insufficient propaganda and education of schools,and mainly launched the analysis of the causes from three aspects:students,teachers and schools.Finally,according to the existing problems and their causes,the practical ways of integrating the spirit into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities in the new era are further explored:strengthening the active awareness of students’ ideological and political education,promoting the improvement and innovation of teachers’ ideological and political education,and improving the ideological and political education and education system of colleges and universities.
