Research On The Realization Path Of Shandong Taishan Football Club’s "Hundred Year Strategic Goal"

Shandong Taishan Football Club is an old and powerful team of Chinese football.It was founded by 11 legal entities including Shandong Luneng Holding Company on January 5,1998.Its predecessor is Jinan Taishan General Football Club.In February 2021,it was renamed Shandong Taishan Football Club according to the requirements of China Football Association on the non enterprise name of the club.At the beginning of the establishment of the club,the strategic goal of "building a century old Luneng Club" was determined.Through the implementation of shareholding reform,commercial operation and enterprise management,the club has entered a healthy,sustainable and rapid development track.In the course of the development of the club,it has always been based on the construction of two civilizations in Shandong,based on professionalism and the construction of a century old club,and strives to adhere to the two pronged policy of team performance and business performance.In recent years,the outstanding achievements of the team have helped the club shape the "Luneng Spirit" with the main content of "self pressurized responsibility spirit,sincere team spirit,desperate spirit of struggle,and the pursuit of excellence and innovation spirit",set up the club brand,and raised the popularity and influence of Shandong Taishan Football Club.This research takes the realization path of Shandong Taishan Football Club’s "hundred year development strategy" as the research object.It mainly adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.The development status and operation mechanism of Shandong Taishan Football Club were investigated,including organizational structure,decision-making mechanism,incentive mechanism and youth training mechanism.In order to find out the influencing factors of Shandong Taishan Football Team,this paper investigated the operating funds,coaching teams,local players,foreign aid quality and youth training echelons of Shandong Taishan Football Team.Based on the analysis of the connotation of Shandong Taishan Football Club’s "hundred year development strategy",this paper puts forward the realization path of Shandong Taishan Football Club’s"hundred year development strategy",and draws the following conclusions.(1)Shandong Taishan Football Club has a long history of development and has made remarkable achievements.Shandong Taishan Football Club has gone through six stages:the embryonic stage from 1949 to 1955,the establishment stage from 1956 to 1960,the stagnation stage from 1961 to 1978,the initial stage from 1979 to 1992,the reform stage from 1993 to 2003,and the rapid development stage since 2004.(2)Shandong Taishan Football Club is in a good position to provide successful experience for the design of the pathway to achieve the "100-year strategic goal".Shandong Taishan Football Club has a deep historical background;its organisational structure is relatively complete and reasonable;the coaching team has changed frequently,but the coaching level of the previous coaching team is at a high level;the property right structure is separated into three powers,with Jinan Cultural Tourism Development Group Co.(3)Shandong Taishan Football Club has formed a more mature operating mechanism in the process of development.It can be subdivided into organisational mechanism,decisionmaking mechanism,incentive mechanism and youth training mechanism to promote the orderly and coordinated operation of different organisational bodies,scientific decisionmaking based on equity allocation,the establishment of a multi-level performance management system,the gradual realisation of youth training echelons,and the synergistic operation of multiple mechanisms to promote the smooth operation of Shandong Taishan Football Club’s operational mechanism.(4)At present,Shandong Taishan Football Club has a three-legged shareholding structure and a lack of synergy among multiple bodies;a lack of youth training professionals and insufficient articulation in the construction of the echelon;high training costs for foreign students and difficulties in guaranteeing the return rate of successful talents,which are important obstacles on the road to achieving the "100-year strategic goal".(5)The factors influencing the achievement of Shandong Taishan Football Club’s "100year strategic goal" mainly include management factors,infrastructure factors,competitive strength factors,development environment factors and cultural image factors.Among them,the management factors include the ownership of the club,the distribution of club benefits,the organization structure of the club,the change of club management personnel,the operating funds of the club and the transfer of club players and coaches;the infrastructure factors include the travel guarantee for matches,the accommodation,living and food conditions,the facilities in and around the home field and the training ground facilities;the competitive strength factors include the pre-match and match training plan,the coaching staff,the coaching ability,the overall team’s training.The development environment factors include national and regional business laws and regulations,professional sports policies,home city GDP and tertiary industry value;the cultural image factors include club cohesion,overall club values,player will quality,and club brand development.(6)The realization of Shandong Taishan Football Club’s "100-year strategic goal" should be guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,based on the development practice of Shandong Taishan Football Club,adhering to the principles of "striving for first-class,building a benchmark" and "pioneering,innovating and forging ahead"."By achieving the specific objectives of optimizing the management concept,improving the infrastructure,maintaining the team’s leading competitive strength,optimizing the overall development environment and firmly establishing the image of quality culture,the club will ultimately achieve the overall goal of "building a first-class century football club".The overall objective is to "build a first-class football club".(7)Following the path design idea of "problem-factor-strategy",the path for Shandong Taishan Football Club to achieve the "100-year development strategy" is designed,namely,to improve the construction of rules and regulations,strengthen the club’s operation and management;improve the club’s operation and management;and
