A Study On The Cultivation Of National Image Consciousness Of College Students In The New Era

The cultivation of national image awareness is related to citizens’ cognition,recognition and maintenance of the national image,which is an important aspect of enhancing the centripetal force and cohesion of the country,which is conducive to improving personal image,showing the strength of Chinese youth,highlighting the spirit of Chinese youth,and enriching the content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.As the most dynamic and creative continuing force in the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,college students are indispensable and important subjects for building the overall image of the country,and the new era must take the cultivation of college students’ awareness of the national image as an important topic.The first chapter expounds the relevant concepts of the cultivation of national image awareness,and proposes that the cultivation of national image awareness of college students,as an important part of the practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,must adhere to the theories and important expositions of Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao,Xi Jinping and others on the construction of national image as the fundamental theoretical basis.At the same time,the needs of the times for the cultivation of college students’ national image awareness in the new era are analyzed in detail:the objective requirements for maintaining China’s national image,the inherent needs to stimulate the spirit of patriotism,the important ways to maintain ideological security,and the important contents necessary for shaping the newcomers of the times.The second chapter analyzes the current situation and causes of problems in the cultivation of college students’ national image awareness.At present,the cultivation of college students’ national image awareness is generally good.However,due to the comprehensive influence of subjective and objective factors such as the main body of college students,the main position of colleges and universities,and the external environment,there are also some problems in the cultivation of college students’national image awareness:the main role of college students is not fully played,there are shortcomings in the construction of the main position of colleges and universities,and the negative factors in the external environment are complex and diverse.The external environment cultivated by the national image awareness is not optimized enough and other factors.The third chapter explores the realistic path of cultivating college students’national image awareness in the new era around related elements.In the new era,the cultivation of college students’ national image awareness must give full play to the enthusiasm of college students themselves,schools,society and other aspects.Specifically,enhance the national image recognition awareness of college students in the new era,improve the education system for the cultivation of national image awareness,and optimize the social environment for the cultivation of national image awareness.The cultivation of national image awareness of college students in the new era is a highly complex social system engineering,this paper focuses on this major topic,taking the new era as the background,taking the college student group as the research object,making a preliminary exploration around why to cultivate,what to cultivate,and how to cultivate,and to fully stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of college students to cultivate national image awareness.
