Research On The Implementation Path Of Information Management Service For Sports Venues In Colleges Or Universities In Shanxi Province

The information management service of sports venues is the product of the high integration of emerging Internet technology and the sports industry.It is an inevitable choice for the further optimization of sports venues in colleges or universities.At the same time,it can also enhance the sense of participation and experience of sports for teachers and students.It plays a huge role in promoting the construction of "Healthy China".As far as the current situation of college sports venues in Shanxi Province is concerned,the traditional venue management methods of "man-to-man" and "face-to-face" are not suitable for the development of society,and cannot meet the actual operation and management needs of sports teaching,exercise and opening to the outside world in college sports venues..In order to further improve the information management service level of university sports venues,promote the optimal allocation of resources such as university sports venues and equipment,and improve the service quality of university sports venues,it is necessary to optimize and upgrade the existing management mode,hardware,and software facilities and equipment.Efforts should be made to promote the sustainable development of sports venues in colleges and universities.This paper takes the construction of information management service of sports venues in Shanxi Province as the research object.According to the research purpose,select six undergraduate sports venues in Shanxi Province to host the 2nd National Youth Games as the survey objects,sort out relevant literature and policy texts through the literature method,and design a questionnaire combined with the interview method.In-depth understanding of the current situation of informatization management services of sports venues in colleges and universities,have statistics and analysis of the data collected from the questionnaires through SPSS data analysis software.WE analyze the factors that restrict the information management service of sports venues in colleges and universities,and put forward the implementation path and promotion strategy of the information management service for sports venues in colleges and universities.The research results show that:(1)At present,the main influencing factors restricting the construction of informatization management services for college sports venues are: the lack of unified policy and system standards for the informatization construction of university sports venues;the lack of awareness of informatization ideology such as leaders and venue leaders;Lack of advanced informatization service concepts;informatization construction of university sports venues lacks a large amount of funding;university sports venue managers lack professional capabilities for informatization management services.(2)Based on the influencing factors restricting the construction of sports venues informatization management services in colleges and universities,combined with the IPA analysis of college students’ "satisfaction" and "demand" for the informatization management services of sports venues in colleges and universities,this paper proposes the informatization management of sports venues in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province.Service implementation path: It is necessary to improve and perfect the information management system and system,change traditional concepts,and establish an information management thinking.At the same time,it is necessary to expand the financing channels of college sports venues,increase capital investment in sports venue information management services,and strengthen talents.Cultivation efforts to promote the construction of information management talent system,and finally,to meet the actual needs of students,improve information management service facilities.
