| Yunnan,as an important provincial capital that implements the national “One Belt and One Road” strategy to radiate Southeast Asia,Economic and sports careers are rapidly developing,The diversified and strong demand for sports has resulted in the inability of the existing social stadium resources to be met.Kunming University,college sports facilities are rich in sports equipment and advanced,but college sports venues in the degree of opening to the outside world and the operation and management of the situation is relatively backward,often appear in the stadium to meet the teaching plan after the resources are idle but not open to the outside world The situation arises.With the continuous introduction of national policies,college stadiums should be open to the general public and provide financial support after meeting the teaching plan.How colleges and universities rely on relevant policies and unique geographical advantages to maximize their own advantages The implementation of feasible open plan and operation management measures are the key factors for the realization of diversified values in college sports venues.This article takes the campus gymnasiums of 11 universities in Kunming as the research object,and through the field investigation to understand the current situation of the construction of college stadiums.we learned about the internal conditions and external measures of the operation and management of college stadiums and gymnasiums to find out what are the influencing factors,and on this basis,we identified the universities in Kunming through SWOT analysis.The influence factors of the advantages(S),disadvantages(W),opportunities(O),and risks(T)of the stadium's operation and management were formulated,and a SWOT matrix chart was developed to find four countermeasures for SO,ST,WO,and WT.Strengthen the operational management capabilities and increase the degree of opening to the outside world to realize the diversified value of sports venues. |
