Research On The Operation Mechanism Management Of Chengdu City Football League

Football is a competitive sport.A relatively complete competition system can better serve the game.As an important town in the west,Chengdu has a strong football heritage and football culture.At present,football is highly promoted in Chengdu,and the development of football events can create a strong football atmosphere.Chengdu City Football League has a large scale in Chengdu and has its own operation and management mode.In the history of China,Chengdu has always been an important political,economic and cultural center in the southwest region.Due to the developed agriculture,prosperous commerce and culture,Cuju activities in Sichuan were in full swing in the Tang Dynasty.which shows that Chengdu has a long history of football,In recent years,with the rapid development of social football and the construction of Chengdu as a famous city for world events,Chengdu football should contribute to it.In recent years,with the increasing number of various league matches and the increasing influence of amateur football in Chengdu,it is particularly important to promote the successful experience of league matches,standardize the amateur football match system,and establish a perfect operation management system.This study is mainly based on the current actual situation of the operation and management of Chengdu City Football League,to find out the deficiencies and the areas to be improved,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and practical improvement plans;To provide a solid mass foundation for Chengdu to build a famous city for world events and host the Universiade;To provide new practical reference for better development of social football matches;To provide suggestions for enriching the people’s amateur life,improving the national fitness level and improving the overall quality of life of the people.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,case analysis and mathematical statistics to conduct a detailed investigation and analysis of the current situation of the operation and management of Chengdu City Football League,and studies the origin,development scale,development objectives and other aspects of Chengdu City Football League,followed by the establishment of the event organization and the elements of event management in the operation and management process of Chengdu City Football League In terms of the analysis of the groups participating in the event,the specific implementation of the operation and management of Chengdu City Football League will be analyzed.Taking Chengdu City Football Super League as a typical case,the successful experience of the Chengdu City Football League will be deeply explored,as well as the existing problems,and the relevant countermeasures for the operation and management of Chengdu City Football League will be put forward.Through systematic investigation and analysis,this study found the following problems in Chengdu City Football League: First,the management of human resources is not clear;Second,the marketing method is not flexible and the market development of the event is not comprehensive;Third,the logistics support of the event is incomplete;Fourth,the common risk management of the event is not strict.In view of the above problems,the following countermeasures are proposed for reference and reference by relevant departments: first,develop a sound human resources management plan;Second,accelerate the transformation of marketing methods and broaden the channels of publicity;Third,increase the development of the competition market and expand the scale of the league;Fourth,attach importance to the event reception service and improve the influence of the event;Fifth,strengthen the construction of sports ethics and increase the punishment of violent events on the court.
