The Guiding Research Of The Overall Plan Of Chinese Football Reform On Chengdu Amateur Football

With the publishment of the “ General scheme of Chinese Football Reform”, which appears to be a major boost to the public for the development of Chinese football sports. Due to this background, in this paper, the methods of document retrieval course, survey, interview and comparative analysis are utilized to study the significance of this scheme for the current amateur football sports of Chengdu, which can be then concluded that the amateur football sports has a certain popularity for a long time, but with the decline in the overall level of Chinese football and the serious corruption problem, the development context of the amateur football sports of Chengdu has been deteriorated greatly, meanwhile, due to lack of football field for amateurs,which leads a further reduction of amateurs who participate in the sports as the development of Chinese football is in a low status. The publishment of the “ General scheme of Chinese Football Reform”, which will show a significant guiding role for the development direction and model of amateur football sports of Chengdu, can be obvious incentives to mobilize its participants, as well as the construction process of amateur football fields will speed up consequently. At the same time, some existing problems have been found during the research course for the amateur football sports of Chengdu,such that there are loose team organizations to some extent, whose stability of the team structure is difficult to maintain for a long term; there has less the amount of league matches of amateur football sports of Chengdu with the features of a single form and an insufficient propaganda before the introduction of the scheme; amateur football participants are lack of awareness in their own and thier insurance awareness is weak;the vacancy phenomenon of the fields is significant in leisure time. Therefore, in this paper, by combining with the “ General scheme of Chinese Football Reform” and aiming at the development of the amateur football sports of Chengdu, the consolidation of construction of amateur football teams, amateur league organizations, construction and management of the football fields and marketing developments for the amateur leagues are proposed, as well as the further perfection of the administrative system reform and the improvements of football related insurance products are then briefly discussed.By retrieving concerned literatures, which has not been found yet that the research contributions brought by the “ General scheme of Chinese Football Reform”for the development of amateur football sports. Hence, the study under this issue will be of certain exploratory significance.
